Now, I've had slight bruising before, which I assume isn't uncommon, but this looked like I'd been in a boxing match. And it took over 2 weeks to go away. I understand mistakes happen, but the part that was the most disappointing, is that when I reached out to the owner, she took no responsibility, didn't offer any compensation and basically blamed me for the results. I am not someone who typically complains, and I've never left a negative review for anyone, but I was so shocked by the terrible customer service and complete disregard for my situation, that I felt others should know.

Since her move to this location, her Brazilian sugaring service is just as great. I have not yet had a spa or facial service, but I look forward to trying them someday. For anyone wondering how sugaring is different than waxing, you really ought to just try it. I have a thicker hair texture and, since switching to sugaring, I have fewer ingrown hairs and slower growth. I have had acne off and on throughout my life, but my hormonal acne significantly flared up in the last few years. I decided to try something new, and I am so glad that I did!! Lan is such a delight!
