Am I still going to Dr. Jeff? You betcha. I think I'm getting an addiction to feeling so good…read more During the ongoing treatments, Dr. Jeff gives you various exercises to practice at home, and while I am not very compliant in practicing them regularly, they really help when I do them. The atmosphere in his office is so upbeat and positive, it makes you feel better just to go there. But of course the greatest benefits are from his treatments, with his magical fingers that just get into the places that ache and heal them. Since going to Dr. Jeff I can feel a difference during my daily activities: When I'm driving, it's much easier to turn around and look out the window when I'm changing lanes, my neck feels so much looser. My lower back pain has gotten much better, I feel more energy and, really, my vision seems to have improved. I look forward to the continuing ongoing changes, 'cause I'll be back!

BEWARE If you are considering Dr. Listiak for neuropathy…read moretreatment here are a few things to consider: He has a one size fits all program for everyone who walks in the door. The plan consists of different phases which costs of about $5,000.00. You are encouraged to pay this amount up front. If not then you must contract for installments and provide a copy of a check from your checking account, The different phases consist of some lab work, supplements, diet and lifestyle, a couple of neuropathy at home treatment devices and chiropractic treatments and exercises. The problem is that none of the tests or examinations may reveal the cause of your neuropathy, nor may any of the treatments work at all on your specific type of neuropathy. Even if you have some abnormal labs Dr. Listiak is unable to tell for sure if that is causing your neuropathy. In my case I received no benefit whatsoever from the treatment, and no insight in to the cause of my condition from the labs or examination. I believe this practioner takes a rather greedy and dishonest approach to how he sells his service. i would recommend going to a good neurologist who specializes in neuropathy for testing before paying $5,000.00 to someone with no neurology training and no idea of the chances for success.

Brought up some concerns with "patient experience " in the past, and they were a joke too. My son ran out their medication - his refills are to be filled automatically . Called their service department so he can get his refill signed off by the doctor, and they marked the message as "urgent" which means it can take up to 48 hours for the doctor to full fill that request. I asked to be transferred from the call center to the actual doctor's office and they told me they can't do that which is a lie. We use to be able to call the directly into the doctor's office, but now they don't even let you do that. Needless to say, they never got back to us yesterday, but I was able to solve the situation temporarily elsewhere . Over 40 hours since they first got the fax request from the pharmacy and still waiting. They need to seriously put better processes in place and hire competent support staff.

After years of dwindling physical health, pain, numbness, & weakness I was finally referred to UCSD Neurology. Fortunately my appointment was with Dr. Siavoshi. This woman is amazing. She let the data lead. Rather than let prior hastily arrived at opinions influence her assessment, she took test, got labs, and developed a treatment plan to help alleviate constant pain. This stood in contrast to prior evaluations of my condition apparently informed solely by my age, gender, & appearance. We had some scary moments for sure but we also could rule out things such as MS. Dr. Siavoshi is attentive to the science of medicine & the care of her patients. I cannot speak more highly of her as a doctor. She identified & drastically improved my migraines, she identified & stopped peripheral neuropathy & associated pain due to poor nutrient uptake and, she took charge of neurological monitoring. I am forever grateful.

This wouldn't be so bad if she was just taking money from patients and prescribing them placebos, but many of the things she does not only have the potential of not helping, but also causing harm. Perhaps worst of all is that she simply doesn't seem to understand the scientific reasoning behind a lot of the therapies she prescribes, only their marketing. I took my mom to Dr. Haas for an ozone injection into her shoulder for an injury, soon after which my mother developed Parkinson's. When I researched ozone, I found about half of sources suggested it was a neurotoxin and not neuroprotective, but the doctor wasn't aware of any of this. I feel a lot of regret that trusting Dr. Haas with my mother's care may have been what lead to Dr. Haas causing her Parkinson's. Similarly, she recommended "exosomes" to my mother, an unproven theoretical stem cell derivative, and my mom ended up developing breast cancer. Exosomes have been linked to the spread of cancer and are a completely unproven alternative therapy that it is currently illegal to administer. Probably the last straw was when she started sending out anti-vaxxer e-mails and trying to treat COVID with some other nonsense alternative therapies (light therapy. I will alwys regret bringing my mother to this doctor as I believe it stared the sequence of events that led to her disability and early death. Dr. Haas is a well intentioned but extremely dangerous doctor and should be avoided at all costs. The first principle of medicine is to do no harm. Dr. Kori Haas has left this behind a long time ago.
