Dr. How changed my life. That's not an exaggeration. Prior to seeing Dr. How for the first time, I…read morewas in so much pain I could barely walk. I have torn tendons in my gluteus, bursitis as well as something (I don't know what) going on with my sciatica. I couldn't participate in the activities that I enjoy, like pickleball, without being in excruciating pain during and after. I was taking 4 Advil and 3 Tylenol every 5 or so hours a day for 3 weeks and constantly icing my body. I had seen 4 orthopedic surgeons and 3 chiropractors all of whom told me there was nothing that could be done, except steroid injects, which only provide temporary relief and are terrible for the body. During my first visit, Dr. How assessed my needs and treated me the same day. I had immediate relief. It has been about 5 weeks and I have not taken any pain meds and I have been playing pickleball without any pain. Of course I had to take a few days off from playing after the treatment, but even my friends noticed that I was playing significantly better. My pain levels have significantly improved. Over the last 5 weeks, I have been back to treat different parts of my body and each time I have significant improvement in both mobility and pain levels. Dr. How really cares about is patients. He really listens to what my needs are as well as what my limitations are and he treats me as an individual. We discuss what we are working on and come up with a game plan. I say "we are working on" because it really feels like we work as a team. Another thing I really appreciate is that I never have to wait. Dr. How sees me at my appointment time. In addition to Dr. How being amazing, everyone in his office is just as thoughtful, kind, helpful and pleasant. When you walk into the office, Carrie always greets me with a warm smile. If you have any questions or concerns, everyone is super helpful and pleasant. I can tell everyone likes working there and what they do. If you are suffering from pain, please go see Dr. How. There is no need to continue to live in pain. His methods work!!

I had chronic pain in my right shoulder for over 8 years, due to a series of gymnastic and martial…read moreart related injuries. Over the course of traeting my shoulder I tried acupunture, ART, RRT, massage, clincal fasting, physical therapy, modaility training, and a host of both topical and oral mediacations. All roads pointed to arthoscopic surgery. Based on MRI results, and the opinions of many leading specialists, I was a classical candiate for arthscopic surgery of the glenoid labrum, with various aneterior tears from noon to six. I was also looking at a biceps tenodesis to remove the long head of my biceps tendon. I was dreading surgery and thought that there was no other alternative. Then I found Regenexx. The Regenexx Procedure on my right shoulder has greatly improved the functionality of my shoulder and reduced the chronic pain. I would recommened the regenexx procedure to anyone with chronic shoulder pain who is either contemplating arthoscopic surgery or who has been examined by a medical professional and been deemed a candidate for arthoscopic surgery. I am so glad I tried the Regenexx Procedure. Please give this procedure a try before attempting any invasive surgery. You will be glad you did.
