I recently saw Dr. Giovanelli for symptoms related to a pair of herniated discs in my neck. He took an immediate interest in my case. He was very helpful coordinating with my primary healthcare provider to order an MRI and he invited me to visit him immediately after the screening to go over the results. He was up front and honest about his ability to treat my condition and then used his personal connection with a surgeon to get me to the top of the list for an immediate appointment. Unfortunately my condition requires surgery and is beyond the scope of chiropractic medicine; however, I had to write this review because of the extraordinary effort Dr. Giovanelli expended on the behalf of a person who was a complete stranger to him only a couple weeks ago. read more

As a professional ballet dancer, care for my body is a part of my livelihood and needs to be taken seriously. I have been visiting chiropractors since my early years of ballet training and have never received such precise foot and ankle adjustments since meeting Dr. G. His help does not stop at the lower leg - my back, hips, and neck also go through a lot of unavoidable stress and Dr. G is always attentive to those issues and even offers new techniques to improve my recovery. All of the supporting staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. The facility is clean and spacious. I love being able to book my appointments online so I do not always have to call. In the event of an urgent need for an appointment, they are quick to help me out if I call. read more

When in the waiting room the woman that went before me announced that she was still in pain but that she was sure the doctor helped. When I finally got back I explained what was going on and that this wasn't my first time hurting my back this way so I pointed out the problem and how it was solved before. He started what felt like a routine adjustment with no special attention to the problem area and he went very quickly. He was also extremely rough and I really feel like if not for me being a young, lean 200 lb male in the gym almost everyday I could have been hurt. When we finished he asked me how I felt and I explained that it was still hurting and I felt that it wasn't fixed. He told me that I should just use biofreeze and that he thinks my pain is in my head. He must have missed the part in medical school where patients pain is subjective and that doctors are meant to at least be willing to try and help. I will never be back. Speaking as someone who has tested MANY chiropractors. This is THE WORST chiropractor I have EVER been to. I really pray older or more fragile patients find a different place because I have no confidence in this being a place that will help you and could honestly hurt you worse.

Some chiros want to help people and others just wanted a 6 figure salary. It's clearly the latter at this location. A shame.

Great educational videos on the benefits and science behind nervous system importance parallel to cardio vascular system. Best thing is the efficiency of service...you can get in and out usually in 15 min, no appt needed. They do the full scope of manipulation, but their go to is the little rubber pop thing which generally seems to do the trick. They are big on "come back in two days... So we can continue to retrain your spine to stay align after years of injury and neglect. " They have treatment plans and payment plans and progress tracking with x-rays....but they never really update your records with real info from the visit. Regular visit not in a plan is $45. I have been waiting to give them a review because although my original purpose for starting a treatment plan was addressed, I seemed to develop other issues. This could be explained by the straightening of my spine that then through my hips out of whack... I wasn't seeming to make the progress there and even they trying to lose my x-rays to being different and showing improvement, I really couldn't tell it. So in 2020 I decided to go to a friend of mine as a chiropractor, traditional treatment... Where they ask you what's wrong and address that particular thing rather than a standard treatment that's the same every time. You have to make an appointment and usually the visit goes 30 to 45 minutes because they include time on the bed that rolls the ball along your spine. But then I had a shoulder injury that wasn't seeming to improve due to a pinch in c5 and I thought let me just give a couple of weeks here at the end of 2020 back at Fuller and see if they could fix this thing before having to go back to an orthopedic. So returning to Fuller after a year and a pandemic in our midst, I was startled to see very few staff wearing masks...even receptionists and no barrier. They had "clean & dirty" pen jars, and self check sheet on fever etc, and one girl who wiped down the chiro bed in-between patients, but I never saw them clean the waiting room. Only about 1 in 5 patients had on masks. The amount of patients had dropped dramatically so social distance is easy. So here is why they lost stars in my review and why I am doing this review now. I probably would have given them 4 instead of 5 just because they don't live up to the "miracle" of chiro care they profess...coming off of all meds, rid you of indigestion, etc...very good, but not that good even after 2 years and a couple thousand of dollars in fees. Why they lost 2 stars. During my last visit I finally got up the nerve to ask the current doctor (Dr Fuller is at a different location these days) why he didn't wear a mask. I would have been satisfied had he said something along the lines.... As a natural healing office we focus on immunity and prevention with good practices. I've been in the medical field for 20 years and have never worn a mask and never gotten sick. You respect our patients that want to wear masks, we just don't think it's necessary.... And leave it there. I'd still have to think hard about continuing...having reevaluated their method of service versus the traditional method of my chiropractor friend, But unfortunately this particular doctor (don't recall his name, He isn't on the website or on their Facebook page with any announcements of his joining the team in December) didn't stop there.... He proceeded to basically parrot every conspiracy theory: *covid-19 not being as contagious as they say, *masks being actually bad for you to wear, *the death numbers are inflated, *it is fake news that ERs are maxed out, *98.9% survival rate means It isn't even as deadly as the regular flu, *If you don't have co-mobidity of health issues and old, and keep your immune system healthy, you aren't at risk and therefore no need to take precautions. WOW. My parting comment to him was how impressive the coordinated effort was to get all those countries, and all those hospitals and doctors and nurses, and all those families sharing their stories of loss and long-term lingering effects to come together to fake the rest of us out so we wouldn't go out to restaurants etc, or visit family, or have professional team sports... Right. COVID 19 pandemic is fake news. See ya, wouldn't want to be ya. 2 stars.

I suffered in pain for 3 months and kept getting sent for test after test and referred for surgery…read morewith no relief. I finally found Dr Fuller and his wonderful staff after several recommendations and after 3 adjustments I am pain free and feel so much better. I highly recommend to always get a second opinion and definitely go see Dr Fuller and I am confident based on my person experience and my wife's that your quality of life will improve. They are also the friendliest staff I have experienced anywhere, patient focused.

Dr. Gio is awesome! He has always been a positive influence as he cares for all his patients. He goes above and beyond most doctors I have ever seen for my health and well being. If I ever need to be treated, he makes a way to fit me into his schedule, even if that means he stays late. Dr. Gio listens to his patients about their pain and concerns, he explains his care or recommendations thoroughly, and will seek other tests or doctors when needed. His goal is to treat his patients to heal them, and make them feel better than ever if possible. I have personal testimonials that Dr.Gio has help heal me throughout several years when I was unable to stand up straight and walk, and with chiropractic treatments to assist me with physical therapy when I was paralyzed. I have severe osteoporosis, and he is the first doctor that has helped me get a bone density test done, not the orthopedic or regular physicians I had seen. Even the simple issues of headaches or numbness in hand or feet, I know Dr. Gio is my go to doctor for healing and relief. His staff is super friendly and always helpful with a smile. He truly goes out of his way to help you and if he can't he makes sure that you are provided the care you do need. He is and amazing man and his wife is too! Dr. John always does a great job, I have known him 20+ years and he is a straight shooter who is not in it just for the revenue. He will tell you the truth weather he thinks he can help you or will refer you to one of his vast array of contacts (LOCAL doctors) if he feels it is more in YOUR best interest. I came back to him a few months ago in pain in the lower back ( had low back surgery 20 years ago) , Dr John' introduced me to VAX D treatment and after about a month I am 90% out of pain. BRAVO!
