I have just recently moved to Peachtree and needed to find a place open last minute and the receptionist was great and got us in no question asked. When in the waiting room the woman that went before me announced that she was still in pain but that she was sure the doctor helped. When I finally got back I explained what was going on and that this wasn't my first time hurting my back this way so I pointed out the problem and how it was solved before. He started what felt like a routine adjustment with no special attention to the problem area and he went very quickly. He was also extremely rough and I really feel like if not for me being a young, lean 200 lb male in the gym almost everyday I could have been hurt. When we finished he asked me how I felt and I explained that it was still hurting and I felt that it wasn't fixed. He told me that I should just use biofreeze and that he thinks my pain is in my head. He must have missed the part in medical school where patients pain is subjective and that doctors are meant to at least be willing to try and help. I will never be back. Speaking as someone who has tested MANY chiropractors. This is THE WORST chiropractor I have EVER been to. I really pray older or more fragile patients find a different place because I have no confidence in this being a place that will help you and could honestly hurt you worse. read more

Don't WASTE your time or money. After receiving my adjustment, I said I could still feel a ton of tension on my head. He said "that's all coming from your neck, it's proprietary". I think. I don't even know what that means. Does that means it should go away as I'm driving home? I was rushed out. The chiro was male don't recall his name. I was trying to go to the joint in Newnan, Dr. Mike at that location gets everything out ...but I came here by accident. As someone who doesn't make much money and can't afford to go often, it sucks to waste a session and leave with tension still in my head. Some chiros want to help people and others just wanted a 6 figure salary. It's clearly the latter at this location. A shame. read more

After being drawn in by their advertisements, I decided to try them out. When brought back to be adjusted, I felt rushed from the beginning. The chiropractor was not very pleasant and very rough as well. I felt so rushed that I couldnt even breathe in between the adjustments because he was barking order to get in position. Basics: Good for general chiropractic adjustment. No special equipment, no special time with the doctor to figure out what a problem might be. If you want affordable adjustments and that is something you need on a regular basis, this is a great deal. Details: It is a franchise run by the same group as Massage Envy. As such, their deal is buy a membership and get X visits a month. Very convenient because you can pop in whenever and get your 15 min adjustment. Given there is just one doctor on staff, you basically never wait longer than 10 min if there is a wait. Since I sit a computer at a desk most of the day, my joints and back settle in and need an adjustment now and then. I always have to book an appt at my regular guy and days later when I can see him, the problem may or may not be as bad as when I was prompted to call. This group satisfies my need to get immediate relief, but I canceled my membership after two months and the last month I didn't even use all my visits... I'm not a hypochondriac that needs to see a chiro every week, and if you do need that kind of care, you should probably be in the hands of some one with more experience and more equipment than just a chiro bed. But the price is right so if you view chiro care as a routine part of your upkeep, then by all means. Will I go back. probably because I know I can pay $29 for a walkin when I do have that hip or lower back or shoulders that just need the old pop and be back in business. read more

I give the staff & physical adjustment 5 stars! I've told everyone who will listen how much better I felt after getting my first adjustment. Now the issues- my boyfriend paid for me to get 3 more adjustments in cash. Not as a membership--bc I was invited to try it a month before committing. I hadn't had time to stop in recently and was concerned after I received a call from their receptionist asking for a credit card to keep on file for my membership? I tried to explain that I didn't have a membership and that is why they don't have a credit card. She politely explained that I was confused. I Did make that commitment and not only that but all those adjustments my boyfriend pre-paid cash for don't exist. She claimed "they don't roll over". Also I was told if I didn't come in and cancel my ''membership" they wouldn't go away. Ya? No thanks. read more

I love the joint! I have gone to other Chiropractors who I feel have taken advantage of my insurance. At the Joint they don't mess around with insurance and I use my HSA to pay. It's a no frills place, but it's affordable and I am able to go weekly. Dr. Harb is very kind and I miss coming to this location because the others just aren't the same. I do like Dr. Butler at the Druid Hills location though, she also does good work. read more

I was referred to the joint by a friend, sounded great and cheaper than any other chiro I've gone to. I signed up for the 6 month plan, 4 visits for $49 a month. After 6 months was up they kept charging my account, I called to get it straightened out and the told me that I had to put in a 30 day notice email to stop them from charging me and that I still owed them $49 dollars bc it took 30 days to cancel. I never once used all 4 of my visits and had not even been but once in the last 2 months. This to me is just bad business. Also, the receptions Colleen was very rude and made it out to be all my fault. read more

I've been there a handful of times because its very convenient. I always feel rushed and discouraged. Once when asked what was ailing me, I was stopped mid sentence and told they weren't miracle workers. I just had typical things bothering me like neck, back and some knee pain. read more

It is very affordable and one doesn't need an appointment. On those occasions where it is busy, they allow you to check in and you can go into a local store. I can drop in for a weekly tuneup and it has helped me tremendously. We like Dr Joe very much. I give it a big recommendation. read more

Dr. Jordan was great! I had read all kinds of complaints about the usual doctor, but I lucked out and got Dr. Jordan. Very personable, knowledgeable and gentle young man. And he had a sense of humor! I intend to travel to Newnan in future to make sure I can see him (he was filling in at the Peachtree City location.) If I deduct a star it's because the receptionist was obviously bored and other than the initial greeting, looked off into space and ignored the people waiting. read more

Good place for general adjustment needs arising from everyday living.There is never a wait, price for walk in is reasonable, no need for appointments. Sometimes I purchase a package of a certain number of visits, which makes this very affordable. I am not really interested in a monthly commitment, so I would rather use the walk in price or # of visits package. Like Dr. Harp, and use chiropractic in conjunction with acupuncture. read more

After straining my back recently, I was "adjusted" by Dr. Harb. The adjustment was a bit rougher than I normally get from my regular chiro, but thought I'd give him a try as it was convenient at the time. The next day, I woke up with both of my arms and hands tingly and numb and not much relief to my back pain. In fact, I had pain now in different back areas. For a month, I continued to experience the numbness in my hands each day when waking. I went back and complained to Dr. Harb and was basically told I needed to go have x-rays done (which I did). He called me after receiving the x-ray report and started spewing out all kinds of "reasons" I was experiencing pain. I had none of that particular pain before his adjustment and never had tingling in my arms/hands BEFORE he got his grubs on me. Obviously, he pinched a nerve in my neck to have caused this, but never admitted to doing so or even addressing it. He basically had the attitude that he did nothing wrong and was coming up with all kinds of costly ideas, including surgery!! I took my x-rays to a REGULAR chiro and she did a very thorough adjustment, saw where my misalignments were, and remedied the situation. If you want to come away as a cripple, please use The Joint, a facility where you get what you pay for and even more - they'll give you pinched nerves and a rough ride. If you're looking for a quick adjustment without the hassle of an insurance-based chiropractic office (calling for appointment a week or more away, expensive co-pays, etc) I highly recommend this place! The staff are great, experienced, certified chiropractors that give one-on-one care... the owner's awesome & will work with you, answer any questions & correct any problems (if any pop up). There's a couple of different doctors at this location (one's only there one day a week I think) so if you're not happy with one you can come back & see the other & they'll work it out, no hassles. If you have any issues (physically or financially) they'll spend time to figure it out & work with you. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Nice, clean facilities, super convenient walk-in setup, lots of payment choices (pre-paid agreements with visits that don't expire for the commitment-phobes)... & you can visit any of their offices across the country (great for travelers).
