He was very helpful coordinating with my primary healthcare provider to order an MRI and he invited me to visit him immediately after the screening to go over the results. He was up front and honest about his ability to treat my condition and then used his personal connection with a surgeon to get me to the top of the list for an immediate appointment. Unfortunately my condition requires surgery and is beyond the scope of chiropractic medicine; however, I had to write this review because of the extraordinary effort Dr. Giovanelli expended on the behalf of a person who was a complete stranger to him only a couple weeks ago.

When in the waiting room the woman that went before me announced that she was still in pain but that she was sure the doctor helped. When I finally got back I explained what was going on and that this wasn't my first time hurting my back this way so I pointed out the problem and how it was solved before. He started what felt like a routine adjustment with no special attention to the problem area and he went very quickly. He was also extremely rough and I really feel like if not for me being a young, lean 200 lb male in the gym almost everyday I could have been hurt. When we finished he asked me how I felt and I explained that it was still hurting and I felt that it wasn't fixed. He told me that I should just use biofreeze and that he thinks my pain is in my head. He must have missed the part in medical school where patients pain is subjective and that doctors are meant to at least be willing to try and help. I will never be back. Speaking as someone who has tested MANY chiropractors. This is THE WORST chiropractor I have EVER been to. I really pray older or more fragile patients find a different place because I have no confidence in this being a place that will help you and could honestly hurt you worse.
