My dentist said I needed a consultation for root canal treatment on a lower molar. He referred me to Dr Jaber . During the consultation I had X-rays done and the doctor reviewed and explained what the treatment entails. On the day of my root canal treatment I was nervous and the staff helped allay any concerns I had. We had decided that nitrous oxide would be appropriate for my treatment. The treatment was uneventful and painless for me which is great news for me. I would recommend Dr Jaber and his team to anyone needing Endodontic Therapy. read more

I feel, like, as a dental professional, you should always have your mask on. Came in for a consult. As they were examining my mouth, the dentist did not have their mask on. I feel that it ia not too professional and sanitary. They also overcharged on the bill. I had to contact them multiple times. They never called back and responded to my voice messages. Right after I did a chargeback, I see a refund check from this place. Please have the decency to call me back to avoid inconvenience on both parties. After I excerized my right to free speech by leaving a review that Jaber didn't like, he canceled my appointment the day before I was FINALLY going to be out of pain. My Dentist recommended me to him on 8/19. I was in excruciating pain but couldn't get a consult until 8/26. I took antibiotics to help but after the consult the first available appt was 9/15 - wherein he ran out of oxygen for the nitrous before he even started drilling. I need nitrous! My next appointment would have been tomorrow but I posted a review he didn't like - like" if you need to see someone in a hurry bc you're in pain maybe this isn't the place for you". So today I get a text that my appt is canceled bc of my review. Wondering if I should report him to the BBB or some medical board. So unprofessional. read more

I needed a root canal and his office was 1 of 2 offered to me. I chose Dr Jaber due to the close location, and I'm glad I did. I had some minor issues and he really took the time to make sure I left his office as best I could. He put a lot of work into me. His sense of humor/wit isn't for everyone, however it was a match to mine so I was very comfortable and happy with him. After shadowing him, inspecting his work, and randomly checking with his patients, I'm satisfied with referring my patients to him. He does better than textbook perfect work. He is the only endodontist that I know who uses conebeam CT for his cases (a cutting edge $100,000+ machine that provides 3d imaging). His staff is friendly, and professional. His style is like a conductor for a chamber quartet: quiet, sure, and never rushed. He actually slows down his treatment to provide ideal treatment. He's also a really great guy. Dr. Jaber did a root canal for me about two years ago and I just had a second root canal done by Dr. Herbranson in the same office. I am also a dentist and I think I am fairly discerning about what other dentists treat me! I could not be happier with both doctors and with their staff! Truly outstanding! All the staff were friendly, cheerful and professional. Both doctors were very skilled (believe me, I can tell!) and the root canals and injections were completely painless. Simply put Dr. Jaber is an amazing endodontist! I have had other root canals done in other offices in the past and Dr. Jaber's office is the best by far. I live overseas and waited to get my painful tooth treated until I could get to Dr. Jaber's office! From the start, the front desk staff responded quickly to my emails and were very kind and helpful on the day of my appointment. Dr. Jaber is so friendly and explains everything is he is doing while he is working. He also tells interesting and funny stories :) which helped me be distracted the entire time, couldn't believe how fast the time went. The day I was there was a new oral hygienist, who did a great job, and Dr. Jaber made sure to explain the process he was doing in such a supportive and patient way to assist in her training. I had lost a crown and the underlying tooth was very painful. Dr Jaber's office took me in the next day. The office looks brand new, fresh and clean and spacious. Dr Jaber was friendly and explained what I needed, and he did not try to get me to do an implant as another dentist had recommended which would have been thousands of dollars more, he was honest about just doing what was needed for the tooth and my pain. If you're looking for an office that has no compassion whatsoever go to this place and speak to the bookkeeper. I saw my dentist earlier that made this appointment for me. They got my appointment set and my quote because I don't have dental insurance. Then I got a very deceptive email about the charges. When I spoke to the bookkeeper later she couldn't have given a damn about my situation or my pain. She continually suggested that I go somewhere else. I was not asking for a payment plan just to split the treatment over two visits. Both PIF at the time of treatment. Shame on you. read more

I must start this review off by expressing how scared I was of the dentist. I had a bad experience with my previous dentist of 12+ years and after last year (once I had gotten married), I decided to switch over to my husbands dentist. Although Dr. Jaber isn't our primary dentist (he is the specialist that our dentist sends referrals to for root canals), he and his staff are truly amazing. I was preparing to have a "not so good time" here at their office while getting my root canal, but I must say that I was WRONG! Dr. Jaber took great care of me and made sure that I was comfortable and reassured me continually throughout the procedure that I would be just fine. And that I was! The procedure was done before I knew it and I felt great... No medication involved either. The team did such a great job with making me feel comfortable and not nervous, I had to give them a hug and thank them over again as my husband and I left the building. Dr. Jaber was excellent in dealing with a dental emergency I had. I was sent over to him because of an abcess with a root canal. His staff got me in for a urgent visit, Dr Jaber was a mentor to my former general dentist, and even knows my first dentist I had back in Oakland, small world eh'? anyway, he hooked me up to some nitrous put me at ease and got to, a bit of drilling, some temporary antibiotic filling and wallah, I was set to have my root canal done on the 1st of the year. I had tooth pain a few days later, he did the follow up for free and took care of my needs. He is knowlegable and gained my trust, he has free parking, see staff for the secret location haha.
