The teachers are the sweetest, they really care about the kids and what they do and they have a great program with lots of outside play time and educational curriculum as well as fun activities. The center and the program are definitely a preschool and not just a daycare. Vicki and the rest of the staff are all so caring, loving and professional. They truly love what they do and treat everyone with respect. They have handled staffing challenges as well as they can (and anyone can in this weird environment) and I have no complaints about it. The facility is amazing, clean and has lots of fun indoor and outdoor activities for the kids. They do a lot of fun, special days (pajama day, Dr. Seuss week, etc) and have a great communication system for the parents. I would absolutely recommend Millennium for any age child and I have always been someone who scrutinizes and does my due diligence on a program before we decide to send out child there.

I believe my son's experience at Little Flowers prepared him for kinder. During covid times staff was diligent about temperature checking, wearing masks and notifying parents if any staff or students tested positive for Covid19. Prices were $550 per month to attend Mon, Wed and Fri from 8am to 5pm, towards the end of the school year prices went up to $625 for the same hours. They also had a 5 day a week option or tues/thurs only option. Money well spent.

Here's what I love about it. #1: Everything is very clean. #2: Check in and out is a very secure process. #3: Staff is always warm and kind, my son feels loved and cared for. They really know him, his personality, his emotional needs & they would let me know if he had even a slightly off day. They never made him feel unwanted and I never worried about him not being looked out for. #4: So many fun dress up days, water days during the summer, the cutest winter recitals and a great park! #5: Just the right amount of programming placed on math, reading writing, and we would get assessments on our sons progress and where his strengths were/where he needed work. As a busy family with full time jobs we don't have a ton of time to get a head start on education so he can start Kindergarten with confidence. Little Flowers is doing that for us. #6: The price is fair, it's right around where everyone else is priced, in fact, when I was shopping for child care, this place was the most affordable in Vacaville, other than in home daycares. Our son attended Bert & Ernie's Preschool in Dixon from the time he was 4 months old until age 3,…read moreso our family was part of this school community for nearly 3 yrs. During that time, he successfully transitioned through every classroom. When he moved to blue room, which has a much more structured environment, he struggled with the adjustment. Like many toddlers learning new classroom expectations, he had difficulty following directions at times. During one incident, a teacher physically picked up my son while redirecting him and he reacted by hitting the teacher. We were shown a video of this interaction during a meeting with the owner and staff. At that same meeting, the owner informed us that our son could no longer continue in the program, stating he was not developmentally ready for classroom structure despite being in their care since he was 4 months old. This was extremely disappointing after trusting this school with our child since infancy. We expected the school to work with us on a behavior plan or transition support rather than abruptly ending his enrollment. We later requested written documentation of the termination and received a letter from the director stating that we voluntarily withdrew our son, which is not accurate. The decision for him to leave the program was made by the owner. Since leaving, our son has transitioned to another daycare and is doing very well, which suggests that the issue may have been more about the environment than his ability to participate in a structured class. Parents should be aware of how behavioral challenges during classroom transitions may be handled. I hope the school reviews how situations like this are handled in the future so that families whose children are adjusting to new classroom expectations receive support rather than immediate removal from the program.

Yet a mother of a little posted about a boy biting her online and berated that little boy talking bad about a 2yr old. How ridiculous is this "daycare" if you can call it that. They let the kids hit each other they dont care. One kid hit my nephew on the head so hard he had a knot and a bruise. But we let it go, hoping it was an accident. Guess its not and the rules are only for a few of the parents and not the ones getting help by the state.
