One of 6 anchor tenants in White City's Westfield, this huge John Lewis & Partners store surprises me how somehow it hasn't been reviewed yet considering this is a major store in Europe's biggest shopping centre by area.
The store its-self is located towards one of the ends of Westfield London and does have its' own parking areas over two floors, as well as a broad selection of almost everything you'd expect to find in a John Lewis store from clothing to technology to random miscellaneous.
There was also quite a large cafe, although one could dispute if it is even needed considering the already huge dining scene at Westfield London, it is nice to have a cafe in the store regardless.
The staff here seemed nice enough but one of their biggest flaws is that they didn't go above and beyond, for example, I was just directed to the lifts instead of taken closer or guided there and other staff members didn't even stand out.
This branch is probably one of my favourite John Lewis stores, and at times is perhaps nicer and more modern than the nearby flagship store on Oxford Street and the store has done enough and impressed me to warrant a four-star rating with some improvements needed such as maintaining a high quality of service amongst all staff members and perhaps making signs easier to understand to navigate throughout the store, as it is definitely needed with it being such a large branch. read more
