I recently had a tooth pulled and Dr. Carmichael had the tooth out and was going over how to take care of it in a matter of minutes. I decided right then this is my new family dentist. On my follow up visit he checked my teeth out and found some issues and sat down and explained all my options, the best options and the most cost effective options. Plus the fact that they open at 7 am so I don't miss much work is awesome. Definitely worth looking into if your looking for a dentist.

The DDS sent the teeth out to be corrected, they lowered the gums on the pair I was given so the teeth appear to be smaller. The overbite issue was addressed by adding more "gum" to the front of the denture so now my upper lip sticks out. So, same teeth, same poor fit, same unaddressed concerns. The DDS told me he could not help me. Then, I was given the opportunity to pay more to have them "fixed", which I declined. For 2 reasons. 1 is I already paid handsomely for a denture that does not fit correctly and no one cares to do anything about without extra money and 2 is they are giving me the same DDS who did them and fixed them incorrectly in the first place. So, please, if you need dentures, find a DDS that cares about the smile you wear. I have to wear these horrible pieces of plastic until I can afford another pair. Your smile is so important, don't let this office take it away.

I was going there for years when it was Complete dental care but then it got sold to Riccobenne…read more They assigned me to a dentist named Dr Dustin Timmerman. He is awful. He did not get all the decay out of my teeth, and two of my fillings fell out. Also, when they put on my crowns, he did not come in and look at them. He had his dental assistant do it and I did not know that that is against the law and I will be reporting him. They also did some work on my teeth while telling me I needed a crown he did extra work and now they are trying to charge me $2000 for it. I will never go there again. I will never let them touch my teeth. They have made no efforts to help me resolve any of this. They kind of made it seem like it was all my fault. Now my teeth look awful, and I have never had bad teeth in my life. I will be reporting them to the dental board of North Carolina.
