He missed several court dates without prior notice to me or the court, when he did show up he was completely unprepared. Once he even sent a public defender in his place, which to me is entirely wrong in every way. He lied to me about proceedings, and when my presentence investigation listed inaccurately prior felony convictions as being mine he again lied to me, told me that the court was not using that PSI, and that he had already fixed it. I only found out after sentencing that he had in fact never contested the findings ,and had just lied to me the day of sentencing. This guy is scum all around.

Mr Marchese was assigned as my court appointed counsel on October 1, 2025. On October 2, 2025, I…read moresent him a detailed email outlining why he needed to immediately withdraw as my attorney: he had a 2015 letter of reprimand from the Nevada BAR in which he admitted his guilt, also, he had a number of very disturbing and negative public reviews regarding his poor to nonexistent service/representation, and a September 26, 2025, civil rights case filed in PACER (Reyes v Marchese) exposing his utter lack of advocacy for his client. A few hours later he emailed that he was going to withdraw. I then asked him to file an emergency motion on an order shortening time (OST - to speed up the process of being rid of him) and for him to request the court waive his physical appearance for the hearing to fire him. He refused. He had no lawful reason to do so. He forced me to wait until October 20, 2025 for the hearing to be rid of him which was INTOLERABLE. I sent him another email on October 12, 2025, to file a fully completed JOINDER to my wife's EMERGENCY MOTION TO VACATE THE NO CONTACT ORDER (I exposed with extensive detail the fact that the judge's no contact order to my own stepson by marriage and that of my wife was unlawful and amounted to fraud so imagine your being barred from having contact with your own child because a lawless tyrant in a black robe commits heinous fraud). I gave Mr Marchese until close of business Monday, October 13, 2025, to file my JOINDER. You, the reader need to understand his paralegal could have filed my completed JOINDER in less than 10 minutes. I know this for a FACT because I e-filed HUNDREDS of court docs to this particular court in the past 6 years, so once again, this was INTOLERABLE. I then gave him a second and final chance to file my JOINDER by noon, Tuesday, October 14, 2025. Did he do that? Of course not, because as George Carlin used to say in jest of a joker, "because HE'S A BUSY GUY!". That's right folks, he's so busy, he CAN'T be BOTHERED with TASKING his paralegal to do a simple 10 minute court filing. But, it gets worse, because I sent him an email this morning (Tuesday, October 14, 2025) requesting he tell me IN WRITING the lawful reason why he was refusing to file my JOINDER by noon today. Do you think he answered that email or my text messages or my phone calls? No, no, and no. You might want to get your head examined if you ever consider dealing with this man because he was also alerted to the fact that my son needs ongoing medical care that he could have cared less about. THAT IS AS LOW AND SCUMMY AS YOU CAN GET.
