Another $400.00. Assured me you had it this time. You just missed the crack the first time. So now I'm out $572.00 missed two 1/2 days at work and the pay to go with it. Got home at 4:30pm. Just got in the car to run up to Walmart at 8:30pm and guess what I see? More leaking oil! My, my I'm so surprised. Can you guys fix anything? Worst dealer ever. Coye called me Friday night and listened to what I was looking for -- a Sedona with leather interior, which is standard on the EX. But I was also price sensitive. So she proposed an excellent price on a Sedona LX that happened to have the leather interior upgrade, finding a way to get me to the magic number. Coye's communication was prompt, and she delivered on the pricing once I arrived the next day. Her estimate on the trade in value of my old car was accurate too. No tricks! Very much appreciated. Plus, the financing wasn't a long, drawn out, high pressure process. I said "no thanks" once, and it was done!

I want to start by saying BIC Motors pays the price for a high quality detail to ensure that all their new and recurring BIC family members know they are getting in a genuinely clean car. In addition BIC is so focused on you and tailoring everything that they can to make it as easy as possible for you to get a car. I have never seen a car dealership that treats their customers as nice as they do. To BIC you really are more than just another person buying a car you are a family member. It's hard to explain the world class treatment you receive, you really just have to go down and check them out to experience it. I had previously purchased a truck from them a few years ago & Mitch was a pleasure to deal with. This time around i knew the car I purchased may have a couple issues crop up that led me to purchase an extended service contract. Upon researching the warranty company I found that they were absolutely horrible at honoring their service contracts and promptly returned to BIC motors well within the state of missouri mandated preview period to cancel. It's now almost Feb '23 , and I have contacted Elijah weekly to inquire about my refund. He has never once called me back. I did file a complaint with the state of Missouri dept of insurance that regulates service contract companies. I intend to pursue this until I get my refund back.

A wonderful young man in the sales department took me over to the service department and told me it was only my tires that needed refilling, due to a weather change. He filled them for me, even though he was nicely dressed, and i was afraid he may get a little dirty. I was so grateful for his help and that it was such an "easy fix." I asked for his card to send him a thank-you. Unfortunately, by the time I got around to calling the dealership (and looking at the card he gave me), he was not there.
