I had a face to face meeting with one of his staff members during which he promised to review my coverages as well as to research answers to questions I had. He NEVER got back to me with any of the answers I needed, despite numerous attempts to contact him. The final straw was that State Farm's premiums kept rising by 10% to 30% with each renewal, which was not justified considering the lack of service from Adam's office.
