Why? Because underwriting has determined that the zip code is a high risk area. The new home is three miles north of the existing home that they have insured for over 22 years, but I guess hail is discriminating and only goes north of our current home. Unbelievable that Amica would kick long-standing customers to the curb because the system won't let it override the decline for a quote. When I asked to have a manager call me back they said it would be 24-48 hours before I heard back. We are on day three. So we are taking our home and auto insurance business elsewhere and feel like a good friend has broken up with us!

According to them, all they had to do was forward that email to a corporate processing site. On 9-21-2016, I called that corporate site for the reason of the hold up (no refund). They informed me that nothing was recieved from Trunnell and my refund hasn't even been started (They were even asking me about the stauts of my next month's payment!).
