Here's an up-to-date review about the goings on at Fisher Tile: I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work with these people. They screw up *everything,* every facet of everything, and then blame it on the customer. I was actually yelled at by the former owner for a BLATANT LIE that the woman I was working with told him to cover up her own mistake! Horrible, horrible, horrible from beginning to end. I have never written a bad review for a business before but I feel so strongly that this business is deserving of it. First the base tile order was less than what was ordered causing a delay in installation. Our order for shelves could not have been clearer but still they gave us the wrong shelves. Since I was working while being installed, I have to live with that mistake otherwise, the entire wall would have to be removed again. Then, they gave us the wrong color door saddle, also very clearly marked on the order. Despite all of their mistakes, they refused to refund my husband for the door saddle that we did not use. In summary, the people pulling the order are incompetent and the store manager should take some lessons in customer service. read more

I enter the store today with the desire to order tiles for my basement and my budget was 3000 for a 400 square feet. I enter the store asked for I want and one of the guy show me the area where I can see the samples. After I could not find what I want on the floor, I asked another guy on the floor for the color that I want. He just reply by saying well what we have here is what we sell. I know that they also have books that I can see, his tone of voice just sound like if I was bothering him. I went back to see if I found the color that I was looking, but I could not find it. I walked out and nobody ask me anything. Maybe there is a look that there are looking for their customer. I still have not buy the tiles, but I'm sure I would not buy from them. read more

Our company has dealt with John P Fischer Tiles for over 25 years, both on a wholesale and retail basis. We always found their selections, pricing and sales assistance to be first rate. Many of their staff have spent all or most of their careers in some aspect of tile sales or installation and therefore have a great deal of knowledge to share. An added plus is that Fischer Tiles have always been very supportive in providing tile materials at little or no cost in support of various charitable projects we have been involved with.They truly epitomize what a caring, supportive local business should be. read more

We are building a home and after going to all the big name tile stores we asked our contractor to suggest who he works with. He gave us Fischer Tile and we could not be more pleased!!! After dealing with all the other tile stores like Artistic and Mediterranean, they cannot compare to the customer service and product brands that you can get in this store. How refreshing to finally find a business that goes out of its way to accommodate you. Don't see the tile you want? Ask Gordy he can get just about anything you find somewhere else! You are never ignored at Fischer Tile as you are at other tile stores in the area . The two ladies that design are incredibly knowledgeable,attentive,patient, creative and very talented ! This is my favorite tile store, and I have been to many of them. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They spent a great deal of time with me, answering all of my questions. The store has great displays, which helped me a lot. They have a huge selection of porcelain and ceramic tile, and stone, marble, glass, etc. I learned a great deal from the salesmen about different types of tiles for my bathroom and kitchen. The owner is very nice and also very honest. Since I was in a time crunch with my contractor he told me that since the tile I wanted was coming from Italy and he didn't have enough in stock for me, that I should see if I could find a store that had it in stock so that it wouldn't mess up my time frame with the contractor. I did buy tiles for my other bathroom there, and they still look brand new after many years. I highly recommend this tile store. It is wonderful!!! read more
