The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars is because on some specialty/marble tile, they were about double what I paid elsewhere, but everything else seemed right in line. We went to Wayne Tile for kitchen flooring. Their tile selection and same day availability was jaw dropping. Their pricing was 15-20% cheaper than another tile store where we had first seen the identical tile. Their salespeople were amazingly helpful and giving of their time. Overall the quality of the products are first rate. In their warehouse building they have an outlet store with a slightly limited selection of amazing deals on tiles. If you're on a budget, this could be amazingly helpful for at least some of your tiles. We looked at possible bathroom tiles and will likely return here to purchase. read more

My husband Chris and I are in the process of a home renovation including our master bath and our hall bath. Although I had a general idea of what type of tile I wanted for both baths, I found the process of nailing down exact choices a bit overwhelming. He totally agreed and recommended we try Wayne Tile. He happens to work across the street from Wayne Tile and had heard good things from a co-worker. I wandered into Wayne Tile one evening shortly before they were about to close and was immediately greeted by Emily. Emily is AMAZING! She was patient and provided SO many options within my vision and budget. She truly is a sincere, kind, sweet, knowledgeable, and helpful person! After spending a bit of time mulling over some initial ideas and getting a quote, I made an appointment to return a few days later to finalize choices. Given the time constraints of our project, it was important that what we chose was available ASAP. When I returned a few days later, Emily greeted me again and helped me finalize my choices. She was VERY patient as I changed my mind on a few details a few times (sorry, Emily!) but she never rushed me or made me feel anything less than a valued client. Steer clear of I think her name is Deanna, the long brown hair sarcastic girl. She has a sarcastic answer for everything and makes you feel inept with her piss poor attitude. I had been looking for tiles for about 6 months and finally found Wayne Tiles. They let me take samples home which really really helped me find the best match for my kitchen. I went there twice to pick up samples and made my decision. When working with the tile guy they helped me find, I changed the design and they gladly took back the one full unopened box I had as well as the 12 bullnose I ended up not using. Then they gave me five tiles so I could have on hand "just in case." I fully expected to pay for it, but she gave them to me for free and said they were being treated as samples. I found them to be very busy on Saturdays so if you can go other times it might be an option for those who don't like crowds. I also found them to be helpful yet not pushy. So I may have had to go to the counter to ask for a sales person, but I don't mind because I don't like pushy sales people. I did find the two women I worked with to be much more knowledgeable of the stock than the one man I asked, but again everyone was very respectful and helpful. read more
