Where do I begin? There are some commendable people who work here - one or two at the front desk…read more(others are snooty and a pain the rear), almost every nurse I've seen is great, and the large majority of the nurses in the infusion center are wonderful. Others are easily offended if you dare to ask questions or disagree with any little thing. The problems: The phone system makes me want to NEVER call them. The first sign its a huge corporation is you have to call a dang call center, recite your information every time, and then leave your message. They then call the center you're seen at and the appropriate person will call you whenever they feel like they can. If you are unfortunate to miss the call, you will get a generic message to call them back and the whole things starts all over again, even though they could have left you a message about what you specifically ,called about. I'm old school, and I despise all this runaround. They employ enough staff - have someone actually answer your phones at the office! This problem of making a (often sick) cancer patient come in a day before their treatment to have their blood drawn - EVERY TIME. When you're receiving chemo, this is a lot. Please organize yourselves better to take the blood of the patient you're seeing that day. Lately, I've also been charged by Renown, so they don't run all their own blood anymore. Quit making life difficult rather than easier for cancer patients. There are many other things I could mention, but this would be novel instead of a review. You have to be your own advocate here or they will walk all over you, your wishes be damned. You will not be given many, if any, solutions to the problems and pain that arise with treatment. Finally, the doctor. Ahhh, well, one example: I asked a question about severe pain I was having, and she replied "Oh, if it was that you'd already be dead." This describes in a nutshell her bedside manner. If you're looking for more than a "by the book, this is how you treat this type of cancer," you're out of luck here. If you refuse a particular treatment, you're almost treated like a child who has been bad. I think they forget just whose body this is you've been paid quite well to treat. I don't expect you to work miracles, but if a treatment has caused a reaction, yes, I expect you to treat it, not send me to urgent care. My hell. My prognosis isn't good, but I'm still alive, and I have choices, and I'm doing my best. Now, do yours, CCS. You know you're not.

I love the fact that we have a "Breast Center". First time going to a center where everything is done like this. FIRST CLASS, from the moment you enter until leaving. The ladies are OUTSTANDING. Everyone I came into contact with was amazing, friendly, compassionate and empathetic. So the staff is outstanding but the technology is amazing. I had my first breast biopsy and they can look at the cells from the biopsy and let you know a percentage of benign you are. The class and care that the team that did my biopsy was incredible. They even have a Nurse that care's for you, explains everything and just reassures you. Nothing like getting your tit clamped down hard and have to think happy thoughts! DR. CARD, JEANETTE AND KATHY were the staff doing my biopsy. They were so wonderful, patient, skilled and kind. Thanks girls! These gals know there stuff here in this clinic and it is so wonderful that we have this staff and these facilities for us here in Carson. Ladies thanks for a first class biopsy and mammogram. I have been a patient of Dr. Forsythe for almost nine-years and recommend him highly, after all when I first met Dr back in 2015 I was told by conventional oncology that I was borderline stage four with a non-hodgkins lymphoma diagnosis, Never going down the road of conventional care, Dr Forsythe and his staff treated me from the get go, and I have been living life to the fullest with no limitations and with a circulating tumor count now down to just 1.9! Dr. Forsythe is truly my hero, and I am so grateful that I have been under his marvelous clinic's care for all these years with such great success! TY Dr. Forsythe and Team!!
