Let me be the first to reality check this ridiculous place. The parents should be aware that not…read moreonly is it soon to be sold, but the turnover that "all daycares experience" and "training new teachers" seems to happen nearly on a monthly basis here. I won't name names (the owners know who they are), It's like any other failing company: It begins from the top down. Take a good hard look beyond the facade and a couple positive reviews on this platform. Do you really trust three or four reviews in several years for your child anyway? You may like what you see on the surface but likely because there is a significant lack of decent programs in this area. Older children may not be as affected but the 1-3 age group is undeniably neglected. The "owner" who seems to carry this flag in some altruistic manner is not only rude, but a complete flop. Never present in almost a year we have only met upper management twice. If there was ever an issue to discuss, good luck addressing it. Yes. These facilities are for sale and probably will be sold to a different management group for the same reason they couldn't keep staff there. We quickly began to feel uncomfortable leaving our child here. I care VERY little of a company's "difficulties", especially if it is to keep staff employed. Staffing isn't staffing when it comes to the well being of your child. To them this means employees. To you this means leaving your child with a stranger. If this is in the 1-3 age group who can't speak for themselves I take this very seriously. A stranger to you, and a stranger to your child. This happened all too often. Most of the permanent teachers are decent, who just so happened to call in sick more often than not. Likely because of a lack of resources and poor management. Personally, I don't give a ---- about excuses, Especially when it comes to my children. At this age group, when I leave my child in the care of someone else, I expect them to be taken care of by the same people each and every day, or at least individuals they know so that they (and we) feel safe and comfortable. This is why we're no longer there. It is your child that stays here, not you. We experienced teachers (subs) who not only left us feeling uncomfortable, but were downright reportable. Never under any circumstances should a day care operate in the manner that they have. Particularly worse than that, the management staff (if you can find them) is not capable of managing this. If any staff remains by the time they finish treating everyone like garbage, your child won't see yet another stranger. As a customer you are a number and god willing you will get help that you may seek with the buyout. Good luck to them in the future, though I don't really mean that. If good intentions are what they seek, they wouldn't have neglected their business, especially a business where the well being of our sons and daughters are at stake. A very holier than thou attitude by management and a reason most staff is jumping ship. Customer beware.

It is so hard to leave your baby all day while you head to work, but the teachers in the infant room are so loving to all the babies that it has made it much easier on me. He smiles when he hears them and the other babies and it makes me so happy to know that he is somewhere safe and well cared for all day. They are usually at capacity though, so if you are interested in this daycare, you better get on the list as soon as you find out your pregnant. You won't regret it though. I seriously cannot say enough about how wonderful they are.

I love how attentive the staff is, the reward system and the fact that my son has gotten his spark back for Math since attending this location. We enrolled our children in Mathnasium expecting quality math instruction and individualized…read moretutoring. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. A significant portion of each session was spent playing games or socializing instead of working on math. While I understand that breaks and engagement activities have their place, I was paying for academic instruction--not extended playtime. My children have plenty of opportunities for recreation outside of tutoring. Another concern was the lack of redirection when my child became distracted. I understand that children can chat or lose focus, but part of a tutor's role is to keep students engaged and on task. Other tutors my child has worked with have been able to redirect him effectively and consistently achieve 45-60 minutes of productive learning. That did not happen here. After seeing little academic progress despite our investment, we decided to withdraw our children. We were disappointed because we had high expectations and hoped for a structured environment that prioritized learning. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this location to families looking for focused, results-driven math tutoring

Shows Texas Storm offered tumbling level 4+, after going to a trial, we quickly realized there wasn't actually emphasis on high level tumbling. Tumbling class could only be performed in a sliver of the gym. The coach was great and seemed excited to work with my daughter, who was much more advanced than the class. He did explain that there will be more opportunity to practice tumbling on the actual floor, so we decided to move forward. I tried registering for the class, it said to call. I called, no answer, left messages- no call back. I suppose if you are interested in the tumbling aspect- high level tumbling class I'd just find a gymnastics gym that has the space and time for tumbling class. They will be better fit for high level floor/tumbling etc. and the needed space if it's offered. Mostly the class skill was not high level or even as they called it level 4+, however we were willing to give it a try with the coach that seemed interested to work with a skilled athlete. The lack of communication ultimately helped us realize that it wouldn't have been a good fit.
