The work looked suspect from the one photo they sent. Instead the owner became combative with my realtor over insuring an adequate fix and was told they owed us, the buyers, nothing since they had given us our home inspection report and our contract was closed. However, also not true. We had not received our report, over 24 hours later after Julian the owner lied to our realtor that we had received our report the day before which was either a bold face lie or misrepresentation of facts. We the buyers had to point out multiple things the inspector missed due to laziness or inexperience and then lied when confronted.
