I was told I needed a crown on a tooth that was not bothering me. After the procedure, the crown never fit properly. I returned multiple times for adjustments and was eventually told the discomfort was due to my tooth having a "high pulp" and that I would just need to live with the pain. The issue persisted for nearly a year. I experienced ongoing sensitivity and eventually noticed a strong odor and taste from under the crown. I sought care elsewhere. After visits with multiple dentists, a root canal, and the crown ultimately falling out, a new dentist confirmed decay beneath the crown. It was cleaned out and the crown was properly reset and adjusted. It has taken three additional dentists to address what began as a routine crown. I regret not seeking a second opinion sooner and hope this helps others make informed decisions about their care.

I was hoping for a highly rated dentist in walking distance, and Tower Dental seemed to check all my boxes. Online registration, quick and friendly staff, clean modern facility (it's a lot bigger than it looks from the street!) with the latest technology - all good starts. But the proof is in their actual performance, and there they SHINE! Anna was my hygienist, and she was the most efficient and gentle I have ever had. Ever. Due to circumstances, I had gone over a year since my last checkup and cleaning, so I knew there would be extra work for her and likely a bit extra "trouble" for me... OMG yes, it took longer than usual, but she took great care of me. Dr. Kats joined us when all that was complete and I was happy to hear that my good dental health continues. I loved the fact that her office offers a dental plan for uninsured patients, which I had yet to see in other dental offices.
