Our contractor hired these guys and the work was repulsive. Upon first look everything looked good, since we weren't living in the home, however.... We had to have the first tile shower they put in ripped out because it looked horrendous- chunks of grout missing, sloppy cut tiles, uneven spacing. They blamed this on the fact that we picked herringbone tile and "non Italian" tile). The second redo was just as horrifying (again chunks of grout missing) and resulted in our shower leaking into the downstairs. Steve (the owner) came to look at the shower and was an entitled snake who took 0 accountability for the work his guys did. There was grout missing and cracking all over the place! Again, they made another excuse and blamed it on bad grout. THEY PICKED THE GROUT. This isnt to say our contractor wasn't at fault either, but between the two, AWFUL! For the third time, we hired our OWN guy to come fix it (who isn't even a professional tiler but he blew these yahoos out of the water). STAY AWAY FROM BT TILE, or if you do hire them, be sure to inspect every little thing and prepare yourself for small claims court! THE PHOTOS SHOULD SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES! The dining room was done in one day the kitchen the next. Not only were we thrilled with the results, but Bryan was so courteous. He cleaned up after himself, he put up plastic to contain the dust, and seemed to really care about how my home looked after he left. I would not hesitate to use Rt. 85 flooring in the future and of course request that Bryan do the installation if possible.

Needed a major ceramic tile installation in our family room and hallway. Contracted B-T Tile to…read moreremove one carpet and hallway hardwood so that the ceramic tile could be installed. The people they sent to remove the hardwood tried to rip out what was in the dining room as well. They then charged extra for removing the press board in the family room (which was not agreed to). The actual laying of the tile was done well, but could have done much better on the visual appearance by lining up the joints with our existing tile in the laundry room hallway. In addition, they did not leave a sufficient opening to put the floor registers back in place in the family room and hall. Not Happy!
