He was unreliable and left his equipment in my home for weeks both before and after he finally showed up. I had to resort to hiring movers to get his gear out of my house. He managed to come pick up his stuff once he heard about the movers. I regret letting someone talk me into hiring him. I still wonder about that. Tommy called late on a Sunday night to talk about my floors and it was immediately evident that something didn't seem right with him. I told this to the person who said to hire him, and he said that Tommy's a "character"... Tommy was also a heroin addict. NEVER EVER let Tommy's Floors anywhere near your house. It broke my heart the way he destroyed my floors. If there was anyway possible to rate this experience, it would be a big minus minus minus rating.
