I needed to talk to the owner and she did not have no time for me she kept telling the employee to speak for her. It's just if she didn't have time to speak with me, she didn't have time to make sure that our time could be the best experience we ever had. As this being our first time going to a salon. I looked online and I seen the place and it seemed like it was going to be awesome experience, but I am a very sensitive person and I feel like I shouldn't be judged just because of that, but I give you the upmost respect and give you my quality time and money. I made several comments that I wanted it much shorter and that she could maybe take a razor and take out some of the bulk, but all she did was gaslight me, make excuses, telling me my hair already has a lot of layers. I was never offered the complimentary hand/ arm massage which was a disappointment, and I walked out with the same bad cut I came in with. After much thought, I decided to call to request either a refund or a redo with a different stylist. I'm glad I called because they were able to match me with a master stylist a couple days later who gave me the exact cut I wanted. Holly was so wonderful, and she really listened to what I wanted.
