I will say that Lex was hospitable and fast, the service only took about 30 minutes. However it was disappointing on so many levels, starting with the tacky fake plants outside. The bathroom was cute and clean, but as I walked back to the appointment room there was a bunch of junk stacked by the wall, and the appointment room was brightly lit with uncomfortable paper bedding. I am used to wax spas using nice soft linens. When my wax was over she left the room and did not offer me any sort of wipe to clean up with (as is customary in my experience) and also missed quite a lot of hair in the back. When I met her at the register and told her about this she did offer to go back in and fix it, but I really didn't want to bother with going back into that gross room and undressing again. Typically at a wax spa you would be offered a hand mirror to check before they actually leave the room and have you get dressed again. I was also disturbed by the fact that there wasn't a sink or even hand sanitizer in the room. I can only hope that she was going into the bathroom between clients to wash her hands but who knows! Anyway, definitely would not return. Not for me.

Since I haven't done other services here beside the Brazilian wax, a 4/5 overall review for this business is fair. BRAZILIAN WAX -- I visited for the first time in October 2021 for a full Brazilian wax. Much to my surprise, I came back again on 6 January 2023 for another full Brazilian Wax. This time around, I had Candance Haynes as the waxer. I preferred Candance over the person I had before (no offence) because Candance was a bit more thorough or attentive with the final cleanup process and she didn't leave any hot wax behind on my body. Overall, 5/5 stars for Candance doing such a great job on a full Brazilian Wax service. I highly recommend her especially if you hardly get this service done or if it is your first time. She doesn't accept male clients but there is another employee (Jessica I believe) who does take on male clients. I may come back for eyebrow threading in the future. I am used to getting those services done by South Asian women from India or Pakistan but I'm happy that Peach Fuzz offers this service.
