She used exactly the right pressure and was welcoming and friendly but not a chatterbox lol. I had a lot of knots and tension, including some along my spine due to a past injury, and it all seemed to ebb away. I felt incredibly relaxed and practically like mush by the end. My skin felt very soft and smelled great from the aromatherapy lotion too. Interestingly, I'm usually stuffy at the conclusion of a massage, but this time, I felt completely clear. I'm not sure why that was, but it was a nice plus. The cost was reasonable and it's very close to my home, so it was super convenient.
