I got a gift card for a sampler package for this salon. It included a 60 min massage and spa mani and spa pedi. The staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, hard working. It was easy to get an appointment. The spa mani and pedi included hand/foot masks and a paraffin wax which was very nice. However, in the process the mani/pedi took just over 2.5 hours (after the 60 min massage) which meant spending almost 4 hours at the salon. I had called in advance while booking my apt to ask how long it would take, and was told in total it would be 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed that the manicure started chipping within hours of coming home. They use exclusively Zoya polish for their regular polish. The color I chose was streaky, so the layers applied were so thick that even not touching anything for over an hour was not enough. Additionally, the color selection was pretty limited - I had initially wanted yellow for summer but it was not available. Overall, was nice for a gift card. Plan your day accordingly if you come. read more

I had a great experience here! I go to T and she is amazing! I first started coming here because I had received a bad haircut elsewhere and needed someone to try and fix it. My hair was choppy and uneven. I lost a lot of length in my long layers and T did not have much to work with. She explained what she was going to do and gave me realistic expectations. I appreciated the honestly instead of just telling me that she would be able to get it back to normal after one haircut. I believe the price is fair for the service and quality I receive, and I will continue to drive 45 minutes just to get my haircut by her. read more

I enjoyed my facial with esthetician, Frankie. She was professional, helpful and the experience was very relaxing. I would never recommend coming here for nail services. The technician was extremely inexperienced and slow. The manicure and pedicure took almost 2.5 hours and I ended up asking for no polish on my toes due to the length of time and how poorly she polished( decided I'd just paint them myself later). I've been out of the salon for 2 hours now and my finger nails have already began to chip. I could have done a better manicure/pedicure at home and saved the money. read more

This was the second time I tried to get the necessary service in this salon. The first time was a massage and they offered me an untrained massage therapist, which I refused, today I had an appointment for a manicure. But the girl who was supposed to do the manicure told me that she would try to accommodate my request after I showed her a photo of the nail color. Furthermore, she didn't ask me how I wanted my gel polish to be removed, but she received instructions from another worker to wrap my nails in aluminum foil and remove the polish that way! Hmm, I replied that I didn't want any more chemicals on my nails and that she should use a brush and drill because that's how I always do it. She said she can't do that!!! So again unprofessional staff. Since I have a $100 gift card for this salon, there is no other solution than to throw it away since I can't give it to anyone, I don't want anyone to go through the stress that I went through. read more

All my visits to Bella have been great experiences! Kendra has been the only hair stylist I have interacted with, so I will give the majority of this review to her. She is very professional and fantastic at what she does! Throughout my cut and color, she made sure I was doing ok, always asking if I needed anything. As I sat in the chair and observed the atmosphere, I noticed Kendra was always finding time to make sure her co-workers were getting what they needed. Edit: I ended up dropping Bella Toccare down to 3 stars. They're pricier than a lot of places (but not the most expensive). One of the last two times i was there, they screwed up my appointment time. The receptionist argued with me that I had made it at 11:00am, and continued to argue even after I dug through my wallet and discovered the appointment card with the correct time. This led to a few things: discovering that my actual appointment was gone, an argument to still have an appointment (I would have been better off leaving), and learning that I really ought to clean out my wallet more often. They were able to find me an appointment, but with a different stylist (they did NOT tell me that she was more expensive - that was a fun discovery at check out). I had to wait an hour. My hair was... okay. Not amazing,a nd definitely NOT worth the price. At my check out, the manager half heartedly apologized and offered me a discount for my next visit (spoiler alert: there wasn't one, and it wasn't that great of a discount). Original review: I've been twice and they're fantastic! I most recently had Gia cut my hair and will definitely be back. I loved that they squeezed me on short notice (I have a really awful work schedule right now). Gia was pleasant and funny - she didn't talk my ear off, cut my hair just I asked, and had some good suggestions. I loved that she trimmed my bangs dry (I asked and she explained that she has a better idea of how they'll be and then she doesn't cut them too short - they spring up when they dry). My hair cut works well if i let it air dry or blow dry it (yeah, I don't get to blow drying all that often! Usually my 45 min commute does that for me). It's a very pretty space, and they offer a scalp massage and hand massage with my hair cut. Not the best massage ever, but it is relaxing and helps me try to calm down a bit. The salon also has a good selection of products - lots of Aveda (it is an Aveda salon), OPI, and Zoya polishes. There is also a bit of jewelry (I got my mom a breast cancer awareness bracelet that is cute and was inexpensive). The salon prices for services vary based on the level of the technician - Gia is not the top tier (I had a super expensive hair cut the first time, but it was great!) which my wallet appreciates, but she is just as good as more expensive hair cuts. I like the relaxing atmosphere of the salon and everyone working there seems very nice. I can't wait to make an appointment for a color soon. read more

Okay so I went here because my hair really needed a haircut and my roots were coming out. There was a $20 coupon for first time customers so it was a good deal to me. I liked that they used Aveda products and I absolutely only go to salons that uses these products. I made an appointment and the girl on the phone was nice and coming into the place, I received a small gift as a token of appreciation for being a first time customer! I thought that was really nice of them. This is hidden in the plaza with Heinens in Brecksville and didn't even know this place existed. I definitely would come back again to get my hair done. The girl who did my hair; however, didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I asked to get a hair trim and still keep in my long layers but it seemed she cut those off and now I have just plain long hair. The root touch up didn't match what I had before and now it looked absolutely darker than what I expected. If I do go back, I'm definitely going to get someone else. read more

I started going to Bella Tocarre in November to get my hair colored and cut. It was one of the best color and cuts that I have had in years. I looked like a totally different person (which I wanted) when I walked out of that salon. I LOVE LOVE my hair style. My stylist in Jenn. Yesterday I went to Michelle to get Shellac on my nails. I have very very short nails. I thought it may be a waste because of the length but they assured me that it was worth it to get them done. Well, I have to say I was very impressed by the nail treatment. I will totally keep up with the shellac so that my nails grow. They look beautiful. I would recommend this salon to anyone. I tried to email the company directly and the email on the website is not vaild. I just wanted to give a little feedback on the experience I had at your salon. I had an appointment Wednesday at 4:45. I left work early and got to your salon. I was told that the person who was suppose to do my facial went home early with a sick child. The next appointment available was 5:15 and I had to wait 30 mins. I was never called, if I was I would not have left work early to get there. Then they ask me how to spell my last name, it was spelled wrong in the system which happens. But they didnt have my phone number to call me. Then I told them that I had a Spawish giftcard. I found this salon on that website. I had never heard of you before. Then I was told that you dont accept them... even though you were on the website. I stood there for a second.. and nothing. Bottom line was that you wont take it. No discount on the service just to keep my business or nothing. You were on the website, I was a little disappointed that something was not worked out. I left and canceled my services. Later I received a call that some how you got added to the website and an apology. I was not impressed. Especially how my appointment was treated to begin with. I was not given much of a reason to come back. The gentleman at the front desk was nice and polite but how it was all handled was very disappointing. read more
