I came here for the first time yesterday and they have TONS of stuff! The guy working was nice and helpful. They have everything from discounted toys, portable air conditioners, light fixtures, rugs, sunscreen, dvds. Pretty much everything you could find at a Walmart type store. Most things have damaged packaging but just inspect it and your good to go! I think they had a sign that says no returns or exchanges so be sure to only buy what you truly want or need. This is not a fancy store. Just concrete floors and big industrial type fans blowing. But you deff could find what you're looking for and save a few bucks! They also have a rewards program you can sign up for. For every X dollars you spend you get points towards a $10 off coupon. I'll be back. I was looking online for the UPTOWN ELITE ESPRESSO PLAY KITCHEN WITH EZ KRAFT ASSEMBLY online on various platforms including LetGo, OfferUp, and Facebook Marketplace. I ended up finding the exact model I wanted for $95 at John Sells Stuff, when the selling price online was around $150 plus tax. I couldn't believe how great the price was, and the kitchen was brand new! I called to check and make sure the kitchen was still available, then drove 30 minutes to get it since it was such a great deal. When I arrived, I walked the entire store and checked out all of their products, which includes various kids' toys that are heavily discounted, Christmas trees, furniture, home improvement products, home appliances, and even pocket knives. You'll have to check out the selection for yourself! I ended up buying a couple of great kids' toys for less than $12 each, as well as a set of foam numbered floor mats for my baby since the pricing was so low at $10 per box, when the price online for the same product and brand was around $25. During checkout, John Sells Stuff even has a rewards program for return customers that I signed up for which is awesome. John helped me carry the large box that the play kitchen was in into my car and loaded it in the back. What great customer service from the owner himself! Terrible terrible terrible I never knew prices were susceptible to change once you get to the cash register ..... they had 2 queen air cots one priced at 132 and one priced at 100(they have bright green price tags on them)... I see they have used items and new items priced all differently ... so I went up to the counter and just asked the manager was the reason of the price difference because one was used ...he came over and looked and he said maybe or maybe they priced it wrong.... I was going to buy it for the 100.00 when he then said he can't sell it to me for the 100.00 and I was like but that's what it was priced for,he said he's not a corporate store so he could change the price if he wanted to.... I said if I hadn't have asked he would've charged me the price it was labeled he said he didn't care ... then he then said he'd go down to 110.00... ( and it looked used) at that point I was so shocked and mad I didn't want it anymore and I'd rather go pay full price at Target. Found a 2020 Topps baseball set on offerup for $40. Guy told me to come to the store to pick it up. Bought the cards and sorted through them today. I was very disappointed and upset that most of the rookie cards had been taken out of the box. I was told by the lady that helped me that the entire set was in the box. Wouldn't you be the one with the inability if you say you tested it to be working fine when in fact it isn't? I bought a new router and I have no more problems now. I just drove from Chino to pick up a Kidkraft doll house that was posted on OfferUp. The minute I walked in my family and I were welcomed warmly by the owner and asked if we could be helped. I told the owner I was there to pick up the doll house which he had waiting for me. Because the box was a little damaged he opened it up to reassure me that the product was undamaged. I was in search for a maple wood dresser and found a beautiful piece here. John was extremely polite and helpful he even sent me away with a few paint brushes and some words of encouragement as i had some trepidation with painting the dresser grey. We've been in this store multiple times and have bought stuff on 3 separate occasions. We have been happy with each of our purchases. All sales are final but with that said they do give you the opportunity to look in the boxes and look at the product to make sure everything is there. On one occasion the guy behind the counter even checked the box for us to make sure it had all of the pieces! As far as prices go they have always been great for us but I also do my research when I see the item to make sure I'm getting a good deal. We love the kids section and the prices and everyone has always been super friendly with us every time we've gone in. read more

I've been to this store a few times and each time my experience has been wonderful. The last time i came in i was looking for a cheap replacement for my broken ipod. The owner John was extremely helpful in helping me locate one, even going so far as to dig through some of his new, unchecked inventory to find it for me. Would give zero stars if could. Not a good experience here. We purchased a spinning bike from these guys that turned out to be defective. They were quick to point out that all sales final and implied we damaged in transit. Man on phone claimed we "test" everything before we put on the floor and said it was functional. This was a an untruth because if it were tested they would have known it didn't work. He then said you tested it out at the store to which I said no we didn't. The reason we didn't was because they had put a big piece of tape across the seat and handle bars deterring people from sitting on it to test. Again he pointed out all sales are final. We bought this two days before it was picked up and the day we bought it I had taken some pics of it in the store and when I zoomed up in the pics sure enough the part in question was infact broken. So I told him this to which I responds I'm not going to argue with you this is our policy. He was caught in an untruth which should override his written policy but he still wouldn't offer any recourse. Very disappointed in the experience and I would caution anyone to CHECK EVERYTHING before buying at this place as they will NOT help you after they collect your money. I too own a business and customer service is our #1 priority. We have been able to solve issues for our customers who have become repeat customers. Unfortunately these guys don't seem to care about customer service. Too bad. RE: To John's response: Once again you misunderstand that this is not a policy issue but one of being a good business person and good customer service. And even if it were about your policy you would still be wrong since you told me point blank that you guys tested this and it was fully functional. As soon as I told you I have pics of the broken part while still in your store you changed your tune to it being about your As Is policy because that clearly proves you don't test everything. Also don't act like you were a solution seeker about contacting the manufacturer. I am shocked at the unprofessionalism this business has. Bald man who I am not sure is the owner or not but he is f$&@n rude and definitely racist! I drove from far to purchase an item that was posted on OfferUp. I arrived on Friday after confirming with whoever manages the messages on OfferUp that I was on my way received a message back stating that was Ok. I arrived and no one was there it wasn't until I messaged that I was there that they told me about the business hours. That would have been good to know when I informed them that I was on my way. Whatever, I blamed myself for not asking and wasn't upset about it. It wasn't until I made the long drive again the next day and I showed up and the bald man who was managing the door said they didn't have the item anymore. He had an obnoxious tone like oh well your shit out of luck. Why the hell would you not let me know that the item was sold? I understand that things are crazy right now and I didn't expect the item to be held for me but to have been given the courtesy of informing me that the item was no longer available is not only the professional thing to do but important when your running your business strictly online during these times.
