I was told by the young lady that spoke to me that the agent herself does not grant appointments to customers personally - "she doesn't meet with customers " was the actual quote, and therefore I could take myself and my approximately $8,000 in annual premiums elsewhere. Now either this spokesman was lying, rude, stupid, or uninformed. And the agent herself was either arrogant, rude, or also uniformed.
