As for the potato salad, it was fairly decent though it had large pieces of potato skins which I personally do not care for in my potato salad. Since we didn't get any actual food as I stick to a vegetarian diet mostly, I'll give it a 4 star for the sides. Overall, the service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is what you make of where a food truck is parked. The condiment/utensils available on the ledge do make it easier for grab-and-go.

They were all excellent (if you're from the East Coast, you might be disappointed by the lobster roll because it's a local interpretation of what a lobster roll would be like ) and they are among our favorite things to pick up when we want to grab food and take it back home.. The prices are very affordable! In a time when you can't touch a meal for less than somewhere between 15 and $20 this place you can feed your whole family for that even their drinks are inexpensive. They actually have a lot of locations sprinkled throughout the greater phoenix area. my experience is that some locations are a little better than others in terms of customer service and efficiency but generally speaking I like the price and I like the food no matter which location I go to but invariably some are better than others.

We started chatting and they told us the owner Periodically gives out free food to help people in the community. Not scheduled something he does and advertises online every now and again. I'm really not a wing eater but my friend convinced me to go in and get some. I think the first 30 people get freebies. So I went in and got some. They have lots of different unique flavors. You can't really ask on the freebies so I just let them give me what they gave me and took them home. I was presently surprised how much I liked them. Kudos to the owner for helping out people in the community and having food that's tasty to boot. Good job!

Most would say yeah kinda in a good truck but Lalos has a grill as well where they have kinda set up a semi permanent space, and they grill fresh meat all night long! From start to finish this place is so good from the fresh salad that add heat if you want it or the birria meat that's got tons of flavor but no heat if that's not your thing either. Comfortable, sorta on the dark side. Classy. As I was not driving today, I decided to try their smoked Old Fashioned. Excellent -- and the dark cherries they use are the perfect addition to the cocktail. (The glass is coated with smoke from a smoldering piece of pecan wood, and the cocktail was served with a cloud of smoke under a coaster covering the glass.) The pig sickles ( ribs) were the perfect chance to make a pig of myself. Had the two meat plate, pig sickles and barbecued pulled chicken, If you like corn, you must have the side of corn with your dinner. The barbecue beans were delicious. Our server did a magnificent job tending to our drinks, appetizer, and food orders -- despite being very busy (the place was packed! -- and seemed like she was in constant motion.
