Really enjoyed the burger here, it has a patty texture that I've never had before. Someone said it was a perfect, juicy blend between a burger patty and a kebab. I get it now! I loved the food truck atmosphere, I love how it had seating. Honestly, I docked off a point because I think I'd like the cheeseburger better. Overall a fun experience and we love supporting local.

This may be one of the best food trucks in AZ. Their rotisserie chicken is a MUST. So juicy and flavorful. The burgers are fresh ground and so juicy as well! They also just added Bosnian Chevapi and it was SOOO GOOD. Everything Sam makes it made with love. Love that they have shade and tables to eat too!

Came by on a Monday at noon. Food truck with a patio setup. Not busy at all. Menu choices were short and sweet. Burgers or rotisserie chicken (desserts too). Owners explained their setup and informed us of their special handmade burger patty blend. We went with the cheese burger and Sam's burger combos. Food came out quickly, smelled and looked amazing! Veggies were fresh and so crisp! Buns were toasted very nicely. After devouring the burgers, we just sat there completely full and satisfied! Thoroughly enjoyed these burgers. Stopped here while working, the parking area is a bit difficult to find. Turn down the alleyway and the parking is down there. I got the H-D burger, it's similar to the in-n-out burger with "special sauce" but a thousand times more tastier. And the burger was a very large size! There was a lot of the special sauce on it, but I practically inhaled the burger and fries. I didn't try the steak sub until later that evening, and even then it tasted amazing! I wish I would have gotten one of their crepes, I will definitely go back when they have their chicken in stock!!! The woman who took my order was very nice and polite! Hidden Food Truck in Glendale serving some delicious burgers and rotisserie chicken. They sell out of chicken fast. I'll have to try next time. Burger combos come with fries and drink. I love the presentation and fresh quality ingredients. The seasoning was just right and I have yet to figure out what it was on the fries that made them So Good! I ordered the rotisserie chicken, the burger and the steak sandwich for lunch today for my wife and I on Uber eats. I am beyond impressed and satisfied! The chicken has so much flavor, and the absolutely perfect amount of smokiness. The burger is absolutely fantastic and the steak sandwich was delicious and super juicy! Definitely give this a place a go, you will not be disappointed! Great job guys! I've passed by this truck for months. Finally had the time to grab a bite. Service was excellent. I had their signature burger. It was stellar. They even gave me some extra secret sauce for my fries. 10/10 I would recommend. Next time I will try the rotisserie chicken. read more
