Kind of like a subway...but worse unfortunately. Had to apply my own mustard and mayonnaise with packets, which seemed wrong considering how much I paid for my sandwich. Several items on the menu are all delicious including the chicken parm, chicken Caesar, and meatball sub. Staff is always so kind and friendly. As a struggling celiac girly I thought I had died and gone to heaven when they handed me my regular sized gluten free sandwich packed with yummy. Very popular local eatery. Lunch crowd customers were lined up and kept coming. The sandwich ingredients are of good quality. I had a Turkey and provolone; added extra turkey. The turkey is heated on a grill or broiler which is a nice touch. Even with the extra turkey, I found the bread to sandwich filling ratio was off (too much heavy roll). Finally tried this local favorite and was just ok. The ambiance of the shop is really cool and represents the valley well. They have lots of variety of subs but they took almost 45 min to make my 2 sandwiches. If your that far behind they need to tell their customers! The bread is nothing impressive.
