The menu, and the dishes, are unique and so flavorful. We each ordered something different and all of us enjoyed our meal. They have a lovely outdoor deck that you can sit out on under the shade tree. However, like much of Ketchum now, even though it's an outdoor venue, they won't allow you to bring your pet on the deck. Ridiculous rules. Well behaved animals are punished because of the jackasses that don't know how to train their animals to behave in public. That's fine those are the rules. The reason I had to give only 3 stars is because our server had black under each one of her fingernails that grossed me out when she laid my plate on the table. Everyone here is super friendly. The food is so flavorful. We ordered 3 different dishes, the blackened shrimp tostadas were AMAZING. So tasty. My husband ordered tamales and he devoured them. The soup special was a chicken curry. This was a true gem. Everything is fresh and flavorful. We ended up leaving with about 15 baked goods, because they were calling our name from the cupboard behind us!! Excellent food. read more

Great food. Today however had a terrible experience. We were seated at the exact same time as another table for two. In the time we waited the other pair got served, ate their meals and received a to go order. When my 74 year old mother brought up to the server (who we found out was an owner) that we had waited over an hour for our food she berated her. She said "what do you want me to do about it" twice. And in a raised voice listed all the reasons she was too busy and had too much to do. I have never had a server raise their voice at me in my life. Will not be going back. read more

Who would have thought that some of the best enchiladas suizas you can hunker down on would be found in Idaho? We usually go to Rasberry's at least twice if were in town, even if just for a couple days. The suizas have me in chains but everyone says there's other great stuff on the menu as well. I'm astounded that the other reviewer had to wait 90 minutes but we tend to sit down stairs next to the kitchen. If he didn't let them know you're there then I could see it happening...maybe. Raspberry's used to be my go- to lunch. Not so much anymore. My last two visits were disappointing, and today was no different. So now this restaurant is off my list. The service was not good- we think the waitress didn't listen well to us, but later one of the cooks came out and said she didn't ever see our ticket. There were only four tables occupied in the restaurant, but we waited over 45 minutes for our soup and salad. I had the clam chowder, which was watery and bland. The salads were also uninspired and full of carrot pieces ( the chowder was too; I wonder what vegetable they bought too much of!) At the end, we just wanted to leave. The food is effing amazing. And easily $50 total for a lunch for 2 after tax & tip, including ginger/sweet potato ice cream for desert. Each dish is around $17, & the ice cream was about $6.50. Tables are very small and close together but that is just because the food is so amazing everybody want to eat there. We split both dishes, and the kitchen was nice to do that for us, but there was a small unexpected split charge. If I was going complain about anything, I'd grouse that the server/owner asked my girlfriend what she wanted for desert, then left without taking my order. I thought that was weird. Probably just an anomaly due to being so busy during the lunch rush, but I'm not used to being ignored like that. The food is so good that I'm almost glad we live very far away. But I wonder what my life would be like if we could have $50 lunches all the time. read more

What an intimate, quaint, and delightful little corner in the middle of the Sun Valley area! An employee at the Visitor Center in Sun Valley recommended this place for lunch, stating that it was a cozy place to grab lunch. The decor is intriguing- though the restaurant itself is very small (and located at the basement of a furniture/antique store), the intricate chandeliers and rosy colors make you feel right at home. For lunch, I ordered a ham and brie melt, which was absolutely delicious. I'm not a huge fan of copious amounts of ham, so I had to take some out to eat the sandwich, but the flavors were there and really hit the spot. Though somewhat pricey, overall I think this place is a hidden gem in the Sun Valley area. Oh my goodness, this was day 4ish of our vacation and by far this was the best meal. We ordered the Old El Paso 1/2 sandwich and salad and the Kale Salad. The sandwich was this beautiful combination of carnita, avocados, jalapeño bacon, house-made cole slaw on a toasted ciabatta bun (that did not compete w the pork) - our only regret, we didn't order the full! I tasted their most amazing s'more brownies and peanut butter brownies when visiting last summer at Ketchum's farmers market. OMG! I was blown away and have craved them ever since! Thick and gooey with toasted marshmallows..or gooey salted peanut butter swirled through out. Yum. So, this Christmas season we were visiting again and because of going skiing nearly every day they were open, just couldn't get there. Finally, New Year's Day we took a chance. Their door was open but only catering., HERE'S THE HUGE PART I think it was Callie, SO nice, actually called the home to see if they had enough ingredients that day to make a WHOLE pan of brownies for me 1/2 SMORE 1/2PB in one pan and have them the next morning as we were leaving!!! WHO DOES THAT?!! They did and were willing to and I was blown away. Came the next day and even though they we're in the thick of catering, there were the brownies of my dreams!! These sisters do an amazing job! Sitting out on the patio for lunch in the summer after a hard ride or hike is one of my favorite things to do. I just hired them for catering for the first time, and the food and service were absolutely phenomenal!!!!! We had the best enchiladas I've ever had and the chocolate chip oatmeal cookies were nothing short of divine. Where to start? This place literally blew my socks off. Large hungry family called to see if they were open, and though they were closing right then, she said come by and I'll seat you. What?! We get there and received the most attentive/friendly service, even though I'm sure they wanted to leave, having closed and all. You'd never know it though. They seriously made us feel so welcomed! We ordered catered dinners for two nights while staying in Sun Valley. Callie and Mamie did an incredible job planning and preparing two meals. We had trout one night with roasted potatoes and a salad. The next night we had enchilada casserole and a Mexican kale salad. I absolutely love lunch at Rasberrys! We were enjoying lunch just before Valentine's Day, and noticed they were going to do 2 nights of special dinners for the holiday. We signed up for 4 people. The dinners were unedible. 3 people ordered the duck and I ordered the short ribs. My meal had absolutely no flavor, so I didn't eat it. The 3 duck orders were also so bad, no one in my party ate them. They were boxed up and I found out the next day that everyone threw away their leftovers. What a wonderful find in Ketchum! We enjoyed it so much, we went back a second day for lunch. The pozole chicken soup was amazing! The bowl is a full meal in itself. The first day we had tacos and enchiladas and they were both extraordinary with flavor. The second day was more soup and a turkey and Brie grilled sandwich, which was way too much food. Portions are generous. Oh and on the first day, I took a piece of vanilla cake with passion fruit icing for dessert back to the resort. It was an awesome way to finish the day, yummy!
