My kids get their sports uniforms here. Pretty cool designs, quality and the prices to sports teams are pretty reasonable

While we were discussing one of the bikes we were looking at, a worker with long greasy blonde hair peered around the corner and screamed, "ARE YOU GONNA BUY IT???" Looking up confused I replied maybe I don't know yet? Seeing that his demeanor did not change after giving my answer I proceeded to ask, is there an issue do you need us to leave? "YEAH!!" He replied loudly. After leaving the store I found out that they were closing at 9. I was under the impression that they were closing at 10. We did not cause any disturbance or leave any items out of place. All he had to do was show a slight amount of courtesy and respect to my friend and I and there would have been no problem. I told him we would leave but he did not need to be an ass about it, and he continued to scream things that I did not hear but I did hear him say "LETS TALK A LITTLE NICER YEAH????". Very rude would not recommend bringing children there to look at bikes because the greasy blonde haired man will scream at your children to leave if they look at a bike for a bit to long without immediately purchasing it. Would put 0 stars if I could.

I've come to this location twice for online order pick up. Never had a problem!…read more I'm a big Ebates user and Dick's always had a high percentage cash back (I got 12% cash back with an order a month ago!) so I typically order online through Ebates and pick up at a nearby location. Online order pick up is a breeze here! You simply bring in the email (or look it up on your phone) to the Online Order Pickup kiosk in the front of the store. Simply scan the barcode at the kiosk and an employee will bring your order quickly. I was in and out of the store within a minute during a busy Sunday in December! This store is very clean and every employee I've encountered here is happy to help. Would recommend coming here!

Given the popularity of hunting, fishing, camping, backpacking, and other outdoor activities is…read moreMichigan, you'd think there'd be more stores catering to these activities in South Oakland county, but the number has shrunk over the years. There's a Cabelas over by Selfridge, and a Bass Pro Sports up in Auburn Hills, but this is the only big outdoors store within 30miles of me. (I don't count Dunhams, which caters mainly to team sport activities.) Sportsman's Warehouse is the only big box store in the area that caters to traditional outdoor activities, and while it's no Cabelas, it's not bad. The archery selection is fair if you're a fan of compound bows or crossbows, but the last time I looked that had on,y two recurves or longbows. There's a lot of fishing gear for fans of spinning and bait casting, but not a lot of quality fly fishing gear. Selection in most departments is a lot narrower than you'll find at Cabelas, and not all sizes are in stock. Several times I've gone there looking for shoes and boots but couldn't find any 12s in what I was looking for. I went looking for a range bag a while ago and found just a handful of bags. The firearms selection is decent if you're looking for a 9mm auto or an AR clone, but you won't see a wide range of .22 rifles or pistols. The reloading equipment section is very thin, with only a handful of powders, cases, and bullets. Ammunition selection is wide in areas like 9mm and .223, but thinner in other areas. The .22RF selection is a seemingly random selection that changes, probably depending on what available. Still, I do visit regularly, and sometimes find good deals. I picked up a Frog Togs rain jacket that was on sale not long ago, and sometimes you'll see something interesting in the used firearms section. If you don't have a regular sporting goods store nearby, and you do t want to make a long trek to Cabelas, it's a hand place for many supplies.

Went to the gun dept and was totally ignored. Finally the sales associate asked if I wanted to see something, I told him the gun I wanted to see he then walked away he then walked away and asked another customer what he wanted. Young man at the service desk looked like he was new and very nice. I have never been treated like this in any store. He felt like he was doing me a favor even asking me if I wanted to look at anything. SAVE YOUR SELF SOME TIME AND SHOP AT BASS PRO CABELA'S OR DUNHAMS. Just a side note, I worked at Bass Pro Cabela's for seven years in the FIREARMS DEPT. !! GREAT STORES GREAT PEOPLE!!

I use a mobility scooter…read more While they do have automatic doors, the button on the inside door is so far back in the alcove, that I hit it and could not get turned around before the door closed. There were many areas that I was not able to get to. The socks, which is what I came for, are on a wall at the back of the clearance area. The floor was so covered in merchandise and the displays were so close together, that I could not get near them. The clothing aisles were all diagonal and impossible to navigate. Lastly, and most upsetting to me, my daughter and I were checking out at the same time and her cashier was really pleasant, greeted her warmly and kept up a stream of converation, but the one that waited on me was rude and barely spoke. I can't say for sure that this was due to my disability, but what else am I to think? Evidently Rei doesn't care for disabled people. Or maybe they think that people with disabilities do not need active merchandise, so they don't have to cater to them. Either way it was sad to be treated negatively just because I have to use a scooter to get around.

I heard Yeti was a great brand to keep the water cold for a very long time. I have been looking for a color I liked and found a nice red one here called Harvest Red. I do not think Yeti is discounted very often, so I probably just paid they typical price, but I liked their assortment. Their customer service was really good. Many people talked to me to make sure I found what I needed and they were all very friendly and personable. They do ask you to join their club. I do not buy enough for it to be worth my while but it seems like a decent deal if you do buy here often since it is one fairly small payment for life and allows you to accumulate points or get a discount. They have a small but nice shoe selection, and I like the clothing selection as well. If you are interested in a smaller, less overwhelming sporting goods shop, this is a nice one.
