The staff was super helpful and since this visit I have been back several times to purchase items for my son. Excellent customer service. Great selection. The patient man that waited on my son deserves a medal. He brought out at least 15 pairs of cleats: different sizes, brands, and colors, for my picky 11 year old to try. He even encouraged my little soccer player to juggle the ball around on their turf with each pair to make sure they felt just right. About an hour and a half later we left with the perfect pair. Really? Who does that anymore? You're not going to find that from an online retailer. Definitely worth the 30 minute drive out to Rochester. read more

I went in there yesterday and bought a necklace for $6.99. My son went to get it out of the packaging the next day and found it was broken. We took it back to the store the next day. We didn't happen to have the receipt because we figured out it was broken after we left our house that was 40 minutes from the store. When we went to return it they refused to exchange it since we didn't have the receipt even though it had their price tag on it and it was the same guy who checked us out the day before. I understand you need a return policy but a $6.99 item with the price tag on it that you clearly sell I think you could exchange it for the 10 year old who bought. Poor customer service read more

The staff at the Soccer World is the most professional, friendly, competent group of folks you'll ever meet. My brainless boy lost his uniform 2 days before out-of-town tournament - and these folks at Soccer World went out of their way to make sure we got the jersey (with his number and all!) before we left town. Really disappointed! Bought a shirt for my son for Christmas that had a seam that came apart after two washings. Took it back to see if they could exchange it as this one was obviously faulty. Was told that because the 30 day return window expired there was nothing they would do. I didn't want to return it. Only wanted to exchange for one where the seam was not defective. I expected better customer service from a brick and mortar store. Really disappointed as I really wanted to like this store. It's too expensive knowing they won't stand by the quality of their products. read more

The staff (one guy in particular, as he's the only one I've dealt with every time I've been there) is knowledgeable and helpful. 4/5 simply due to the store's relatively small size so it's not really a one-stop-shop for all soccer needs.
