(4.5 stars) I'd been curious about this food truck since I…read moreheard about them last year, and I'm glad that I got a chance to finally try them. Bao Yeah offers not only bao but bowls and fried chicken as well. Their ordering (via tablet) is convenient, and they turn around orders quickly. I went with a three-piece bao, which allowed me to sample the two fried chicken varieties (K*Bomb with gochujang and Garlic Gang with soy black garlic) as well as the bulgogi. All of the bao were amply stuffed with meat and pickled vegetables and slathered with tasty sauce. The thick buns held everything in place, so eating was not too sloppy an endeavor. Everything delivered the expected flavors - sweet heat from the K*Bomb, a tangier note from the bulgogi - and the fried chicken boasted a thick, crunchy batter. It was quite tasty though the chicken was definitely a bit dry. At least the bulgogi was nice and tender. All told, Bao Yeah is a promising newish addition to the Triad food truck scene. It may not be the best Korean street food you've ever had, but you're in for a flavorful meal without a long wait.

5 Stars! 10 if I could. I didn't expect a food truck, to turn into one of the most memorable…read moreexperiences I had during my 1st visit to North Carolina, But that's exactly what happened at Taco Bros in Greensboro, NC. First off, this isn't just a random food truck. There is such an incredible story behind it. It's run by Gary and his best friend Alex, who have been friends since grade school back in Mexico City, Mexico!! You can feel that deep history in the way they run their business. There's a level of trust, energy, and authenticity that you don't usually see, and it trickles down to the entire team!!!Every employee I interacted with was genuinely happy, welcoming, and proud to be there (which says a lot) especially during these times. They've also set themselves up in some of the best spots around. I visited : 1) Summerfield Farms. 2) Oden Brewing Company. At both locations, you're not just grabbing food, you're getting a whole experience! Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Live music, dog friendly. The menu is simple, affordable, and done right. We got to try 4 different tacos, their queso dip, and their churros, and everything delicious! The meat was seasoned to perfection, super juicy, and full of flavor without being overcomplicated. But what really made this experience unforgettable? I got invited onto the truck to make my own churros!! let me tell you, that is not something you get to do every day. It was hands-on, fun, and honestly one of the most unique experiences I've had, collaborating with another business. By the end of it, it didn't even feel like a transaction anymore, we became friends! Taco Bros isn't just serving food, they're building up thier community. And that's something you don't come across often.

Overall the truck seemed very clean and hygienic for a food truck. The staff was incredibly friendly and organized. The food came out quickly and was piping hot. The prices are a bit high which is common for food trucks. Guac and chips was $10 and the chicken quesadilla was $14. One thing that would have been a nice touch was Jarritos. The chicken quesadilla was good but could have used a bit more seasoning. It was good sized and stuffed full of chicken, onions, peppers, and cheese. Overall we enjoyed Taco Bros and would definitely try them again at another event.

I love yuca and I've never had yuca with rosemary & garlic oil but it was as delicious as I could imagine. They were oily of course because of the garlic oil but the flavor was great. I also had the beef empanadas and they were really good too. They're the perfect size & the breading tastes really fresh. I also loved the seasoning in the empanada. The dipping sauce paired perfectly with both the yuca and empanadas. My friend got a sandwich and I didn't try it but she really enjoyed it too. The service was good - food came out pretty quickly even though it was crowded! This is definitely a food truck I'll be on the lookout for again!

The Cubano was everything it should be. Made with golden bread pressed to perfection. Inside, the layers of roasted pork and ham were stacked. Made just right too. The melted Swiss cheese keeps it from falling apart. The pickles and mustard cut through the rich flavor by adding a slight tang. Every bite was comfort for the soul. I paired it with an NZ Pils from Joymongers and it was heaven. The beef empanadas were just as good. Inside, the seasoned beef was 100% flavorful. They weren't greasy and went well with the specialty sauce. Together, they made for a satisfying meal... it was enough to make me keep a lookout for their next Greensboro stop. Cheers!

Camel City Barbecue Factory was WORTH the drive to Winston-Salem…read more If I think about wanting really good barbecue from now on, I honestly might just drive to Winston for it. Love splaying the games at the table, the staff was very kind and it was a fun chill vibe there. We did the 3-meat tray and tried the pulled pork, brisket, beans and mac & cheese, plus I ordered wings on the side. The pulled pork was succulent, juicy and flavorful. I personally like my barbecue extra saucy, so I added more sauce, and after that? Perfect. The brisket was SO good, and those beans were hitting too. The mac & cheese was decent--not necessarily the star of the plate, but listen...I ate every bit of it, so clearly I wasn't complaining. Now the WINGS?! I was skeptical about paying around $11 for six, but once they came out, I understood. Big, juicy, smoked wings with that crispy char on the outside, and they were HEAVY with the sauce. Exactly how I like them. Worth every dollar. I even ordered another half-pound of pulled pork to go. My test for whether I really liked a restaurant is simple: am I still thinking about the food the next day? I was. And I was already thinking about what I'd order when I came back. Definitely going into my barbecue rotation.
