Each item of clothing in the back room is in a plastic bag. Read the labels. Mainly rayon and synthetic blends. The embroidery is done in China. Maybe a few leather goods are from Italy and some items are from Peru. Basically, high prices for Chinese synthetic products. You're better off going online and buying boho chic clothes made in India from higher quality, natural materials. read more

Terrible return policy. My mother bought her grand daughter a blanket for Christmas. She bought it early so she could be sure she could get one. Evidently she bought it too early. Their Christmas return policy starts on Novemeber 1st, she bought the blanket October 30th, so all her garnd daughter could do was buy something in the store that day if she wanted any value. The staff also was not empowered to satisify the customer and blamed everything on the manager. That is not a slap at the employee, that is a slap at the manager that does not empower their employees. Very disappointed and won't shop here again. read more

This place is definitely a happy zone. The prints, colors and staff are amazing. You are greeted by the most welcoming faces when you come in. I never feel pressured to buy when in store, but they are super helpful and accommodating, and 100% personable, which is refreshing in this day and age. I shopped yesterday for the first time and had a great experience. I've bought JW clothes before at an out-of-town boutique, so I know I love the clothes. This shop has LOTS of great merchandise, and it's beautifully arranged. The woman who helped me, Sierra, was very helpful finding sizes and making recommendations. I found two dresses, a scarf, skirt, and two tops that I love. I'm so glad we have this shop here in Houston. I'll be back. read more

I love the clothes and the service at this boutique. Sierra is fantastic- she goes out of her way to be helpful and make you feel right at home as you browse the merchandise. I had a problematic return and she took care of it for me with grace and professionalism. You never feel rushed or pressured here, but rather like you won the closet of your dreams and get to try on anything and everything. It's a great place to shop or just browse, although I have yet to visit without finding a treasure. Highly recommended! read more

Extremely overpriced. Can find the same clothes at Steinmart for $200.00 less. They also illegally charge more sales tax and then begrudgingly give it back but tried to shame me like I didn't need to shop their if I couldn't afford to let them steal a few dollars. They also quoted me $135.00 for earrings but then charged me $145.00. The post broke off the first time I removed the back but they have an absolute no refund policy, the customer has will get a store credit but never a refund. If you have a problem with their merchandise they say you have to give them your email, mailing address, and phone number. Nobody will call you back to address the problem instead they pass out your information to multiple people at the store and their home office and they all relentlessly begin to call, send several text and email daily and mail brochures even after you unsubscribe, personally call them and ask them to stop. They won't stop even if you tell them you will never shop there again. Do not give them your personal information under any circumstances. I blocked them and they just called me from a different phone number. Their text say they're coming from Miranda or Joy but when you call the number back there is a recording saying it's from Sierra. When you call their corporate office you're told they have no supervision over there individual stores. read more
