Her quote sounded too good to be true, but I went and met with her and seen some of the other dresses that she had made. They were beautiful so and her prices were very reasonable. So, I decided to give it a shot. I must admit it sounded wayyy too good to be true. She also told us that she could make my fiancé's suit. At that very 1st visit she took our measurements. We left not knowing exactly we were going to get, even kind of nervous. But hopeful at the same time. She was very quick, and we went in for our 1st fitting. My fiancé's jacket and vest looked great, and fit him just about perfectly at the 1st fitting. I must admit I wasn't happy with my dress at all... here's where I went into freak out mode. Yani pretty much told me to trust the process. Since I had never had a custom dress made... i did not trust the process at all. When I came back for the next fitting, I can tell you that all my stress was for nothing. The dress was almost perfect. I was like... YES! This is so much better. By my last fitting the dress was perfect. Absolutely perfect! This past weekend was our wedding. I got so many complements on my dress. It fit perfectly. You can tell it was made just for me. I am very short and it didn't drag the ground at all. At the end of the night, I didn't even want to take it off. I want to wear it again. I'm said that it was just for that occasion. He didn't know how to operate the tablet he was using to put in my measurements, tried checking me out on 3 different registers and finally had to get the manager to check me out. Not to mention the manager was arguing with a customer in the store during the fitting which is beyond the point of being unprofessional. I should have just left but I had already burned more than an hour of my time so I decided to follow through with the $300 rental . Went to return my suit this morning walked in and not a person to be seen. After 5 minutes of just standing there I walked to the back to find the sales associate having a personal conversation on his cell phone with his credit Union , not taking interest into his job duties. I could have walked in a left with an entire rack of suits without anybody noticing . My event was on Saturday , I returned the suit on Monday, and now I'm charged a $20 penalty for being late. #1 if I was out of town for a wedding or out of country with this rental, how the hell do they expect you to return it within 24 hours! If I owned this store I would fire the entire staff and start over. Go somewhere else to rent or buy your suit this store is a joke .

I took it to Laura's Couture to work magic. Upon shortening the dress, some extra material was used from the bottom to add D cups and make a sweetheart line. I was a little worried it wouldn't look right after such big alterations but they did a wonderful job! I truly felt like the princess I should on my wedding day!! So impressed with the final look. I am still getting compliments from my epic outfit change! I also took my wedding dress here which needed some minor alterations and it turned out perfectly as well of course. They also did my bustle and color coded it for my maid of honor - she was very thankful for that! Laura thinks of it all and does stunning work. It is rather pricey but that's expected for quality wedding alterations. My final bill was right at $2k for 2 dresses.

While in search for a new quality dry cleaner I drove past this place and finally came in. My…read morehusband had a lot of shirts and suits that needed to be pressed and I own a few suit jackets that needed some TLC as well. The first time I only brought collared shirts to be pressed and a suit jacket to be cleaned. I wanted to test and see if they were a good dry cleaner.They were done quickly and I like that you can text "express" 10 mins prior to pick up and they'll have it ready to bring out to you when you pull up. Since they did a good job on the first batch, I brought all my husband's and I suit jackets and more shirts and khaki pants to be pressed and cleaned. I have a mint green suit jacket that had coffee stains all over the collar and sleeves. I've had it cleaned at another dry cleaners in Katy months ago and they told me it was nothing more they can do. I asked Tide to clean and press it and wallah! 90% of the stains are gone from the jacket I'm so happy. I haven't been able to wear this in almost a year. The staff is very nice and attentive as well. After one pick up they forgot to give me two items of clothing. I was able to call and speak with the manager and by the end of the next day they had found my missing pieces. Excellent cleaning and press service. The price is definitely worth it. Each batch of clothes I take usually ends up being roughly $90-100 dollars and I typically take 2-3 suits and 5-10 shirts. All in all a great dry cleaners!

I'm fairly confident the clothes are ready and for whatever reason, you don't want to encourage customers to grab their clothes early. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time now. With no complaints. But fine. I'll take my pregnant self and my crying toddler to another dry cleaner. No. Problem.

I will not bring any more business here again. I would rather drive to another cleaners and pay more than to have someone disregard a loyal customers issue.
