Twice a year Carolyn and I travel to Charlotte to buy shoes. We both have thin narrow feet and we can always find our sizes at Marmi. We live in South Carolina and there is no place in our state that has the variety and styles that we can wear, in fact there is no place that carries shoes that fit us. On our first visit 5 years ago, we were lucky to have Nani Crawford to assist us.. Since then she has become our friend and we would not go unless she was there. She is wonderful and knows exactly our sizes and which shoe styles will best fit our feet. I'm sure the other assistants are as good, but for a personal shopper who hugs you when you come and hugs you when you leave, ask for Nani. Our 150 mile round trip is never wasted because we have a devoted, caring friend who loves us and treats us with undivided attention. AMAZING customer service by TJ! I had ordered some shoes online at Marmi and they didn't fit. When I brought them in, I thought they might frown on helping me, but TJ was quick to locate what I needed to exchange the sizes. He was very cheerful and went above and beyond when he offered to scotchgard 2 pair of the shoes that had fabric/suede on them. I would not have known to even ask for that, but now my shoes will be protected better from weather and last longer. Their shoe sales are worth shopping, as you can get high quality shoes for much less. They also carry hard to find sizes and if they don't have them in the store, they will order them and have sent to your home free of charge to you. Excellent customer service! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left I felt like priority number one. That kinda service is hard to come by these days. It was a relatively slow time in the middle of the day but there were 4 employees, 1 of which was the owner/manager. They all bent over backwards to help me. 2 of them were pulling shoes for me, the other was helping me figure out what happened to another store in the same shopping center (they moved) and the 4th sales person was telling me about delicious things to eat at central market (I asked)! LOL! It was great! I felt so special! Ron was my primary salesman. He recently started at Marmi after working at Brucette's for 25 years. I cannot say enough great things about my experience last week in this store that I just "happened upon" while shopping. Beautiful shoes, affordable prices (great sales), shoes come in narrow (!), and excellent service. Dai Nguyen was knowledgeable, helpful, polite, not pushy, and made my shopping experience a pleasure. I intended to "browse" (perhaps buy one pair of shoes) and I left with four fabulous pairs. Two great sandals and two great work pumps. I have worn all four and they all fit and look great. This will be the first store I go to when I need a new pair of shoes. P.S. Several years ago I popped into this store and met Branch, and she was very inquisitive regarding my lifestyle, my work, and my fashion style. This store is amazing and the quality of shoes is the best that I've received in many years! The manager, TJ, is outstanding. He pays attention to your style and most important he examines your feet and then makes recommendations that are suitable for your need. I bought three pairs of shoes on Saturday, March 23, 2019 and I am soooo happy with them and the service that I received. I have shopped at Marmi for about 15 years. I shopped at the Galleria store before it closed. T.J. is my salesperson. He is very knowledgeable. Since he has waited on me for so many years, he knows my taste and what shoe will be a good fit for me. I was in the store on last week and he was very helpful. He doesn't just try to make a sale; he makes sure the shoe is a good fit. I am about to cal him now to get him to check on a shoe for me. In late January it's difficult to find shoes that are still in season for winter, trendy and in the size you need. After looking through numerous Galleria area shoe stores, I stopped into Marmi Shoes late on a Thursday afternoon. I told the salesman, TJ, what I was looking for. Almost every shoe and boot I liked was on sale and available in my size. TJ also suggested a few styles I hadn't considered. Marmi is my favorite shoe store. When I had a problem with a pair of shoes from Marmi that had suffered a problem that caused a dent in the shoe making them impossible to wear. I brought them to the store to see if they could be stretched out, but they couldn't be stretched.. The shoes were well over a year old, but without me even asking, my sales person took my shoes, and gave me a brand new pair, identical to the damaged shoes. I went in not knowing what to expect. All I knew was that they carried my shoe size (13). The other shoe store I used to purchase my shoes at had closed down so I was needing a new store! Branch was so helpful and brought out all the 13s they had to let me see everything. She did a yes/no cull at the beginning because I wasn't looking for anything in particular, just shoes! First time visiting the store and I had an excellent experience! I have a very slim foot and it's very difficult for me to find shoes that fit and are cute. They had so many options to choose from! I ordered shoes online originally, but ordered the wrong size. I took the shoes into the store to exchange and was still able to keep my discount I received from the online sale. This boutique shoe gallery has a great selection of all styles of shoes as well as accessories--jewelry, hats and purses. The sizes range from small to extended sizes in all widths and are usually in stock! The sales folks are personable and helpful. I have moved away from the area but continue to come to this shoe store each time I come in from out of state. I wear a narrow, and it has been difficult to find shoes, but then I found Marmi! They have a huge selection of narrow shoes, and I have had much luck finding beautiful, current shoe fashions here. The staff is very helpful, and patient while I try on many styles until I find the shoes that I like. I also like that you have 10 days to return shoes that don't work out for you. I visited the Marmi store in Highland Village one week ago. I was thrilled to find three very comfortable and affordable shoes. The store selection is wonderful and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They did not have one of the shoes that I wanted to purchase in my size and they were able to order it for me and it was delivered to my home, at no cost to me. I had ordered some boots and the tracking of FedEx said I had received them but no boots. I visited the store and Suzie overheard me say I didn't get my boots to another rep. She took ownership. I wear a 9 1/2 narrow, a very difficult size to find in most department shoes. Marmi actually carries a large selection of narrow shoes, so it has become my "go to" shoe store. My recent experience at the Highland Village store was very positive.
