I consider myself lucky to find Johnny to service my built in hot tub. He services my hot tub weekly so that all I need to do is add water when needed. Most importantly, he is always very responsive when I have an issue or question! He gets repairs taken care of quickly so that I avoid major repairs and his pricing is very fair. Johnny did decent work when he started but shortly after had insane turnover and all the random employees if they showed up at all did a terrible job, didn't put the chemicals in the pool that we are charged extra for which wasn't included in original quote and rushed in and out sometimes within 5 mins. One employee would pretty much come to take a picture and leave. Johnny himself does a good job but is not worth the drama that comes with. One positive thing I would say it that Johnny himself would come same or next day if there was a major issue but only after making you feel bad that you are ruining his whole schedule/day. 2 years of using this pool service. At the end of the journey they decided to let go of my business. It was all great until the new pool guys kept coming in and out. And Johnny would get upset if I ever complained about them. They also wanted to raise the prices on me for filter cleanings at nearly double the price. I guess they didn't want my business at all. No type of deal. Other vendors were cheaper than my own pool guy. My salt system started malfunctioning and Johnny could never find a way to fix it. I have to deal with it myself. I went to travel and couldn't send their last payment only to find out that he was stalking me at my house. Whoever Elena is has also been sending me so many messages being extremely rude. When I have never missed a payment over the years of service. I had to look elsewhere. This vendor just didn't do it for me anymore. read more

I have been using this pool service for years and with many complaints about his workers he has done nothing to correct it. He is only concerned about getting paid. I have been at the house when the poolman arrives and all they do is swirl the water around pretend like they are working. One time they were there less than 5 minutes than left. Johnny Jaicaman the owner, send me nasty text messages and calls with threats to sue me when I do not pay him but he never sends me monthly bills until it's months later then he wants 3-5 months worth of payments. DO NOT USE THIS GUY FOR POOL SERVICE. You will regret it. He over charges on everything. His service is sub-standard. If you complain he refuses to take responsibility and tries to give excuses and blame it on anything else he can think of. If he does any repairs he gouges you charging double and triple the actual cost. He invoices "NET TEN". Then he begins harassing you the next day to get paid. He is kind and dedicated and always available to address any issues or concerns I have (which are a lot!). He also does a great job and takes pride in doing so. His expertise is diverse. He can do regular pool cleaning and service, or he can have an entire pool made from scratch. Superb pool man in SoCal! I called Johnny's Pool & Spa Service for much needed help with our pools. The other pool company had been going to the property for years and they never, never had the pool in good repair. Each month they needed to replace a filter, change out an O ring, could not figure out why the pool was not filled each day..etc. The monthly bills were never the same, they were always added charges & some not authorized by us! I called Johnny and he went the next day to check the pool, he gave me more information on the pool and how to make repairs to fix everything in one day than all the years the other vendor had been going out..Since he started, the tenants has not called for any issue what so ever with the pool! He cared so much that we gave him a second pool and there will be more to come. He is very knowledgeable in his field, he bills you what he tells you it is (no surprises) .
