Tonight however was a typical experience, one that you could expect from any Saltgrass nationwide. Yes there was but only about 20 minutes. Turns out the outdoor seating is great, almost like one of those rainforest restaurants except this is all natural. The food was great as always. The staff was comprised of the normal folks who are here in the winter plus a few people that I have never seen before. They all busted their butts to make sure it was a good experience. Keep in mind this is a very small town with limited resources. I'm extremely impressed with the level of service we received. To top it all off there was a guy there with his guitar named Phil Volan. Phil added another level of ambiance that I didn't expect. If you are planning on a visit be prepared for a wait but you should have a memorable time.
