Super fast from the initial call to the time the truck showed up was 15 minutes . Very polite driver as well super friendly and very helpful. Even offered me a water on the ride back to the repair shop . Truck was clean . Would recommend these guys when in a need for fast friendly recovery. read more

My car finally broke down on me and I needed a tow quick! From experience, I have been price gouged by previous tow companies so I decided to do some quick research and look over some reviews... Johnny's Towing was atop the list so I gave him a call... He was currently busy assisting another customer but assured me that he would get back to me as soon as he was done. Within 15 min we were getting my car on the truck and off to my mechanic. Understanding economic times and the short notice, he charged a flat rate (without mileage) and kept cost to a minimum. If you're EVER in need of a tow or any other vehicle assistance (Jump start, locked out, tire change etc.) Johnny is the real deal. He is the BEST in the business. read more

My truck broke down with the bed loaded with stuff at an intersection, so I needed flatbed tow truck fast. Johnny's Towing was referred to me by my brother. Good thing I save the number. I was very delighted with the towing service. I even asked for an extra business card to spread the word. Johnny took care of me and my vehicle, no complaints at all. This rating is solely for the office staff/dispatch. Honesty and customer service is not part of their business model. In speaking with Brenda and/or Karen, basic questions were met with lies, attitude, or indifference. Their best tow driver whom delivered my vehicle also expressed concerns about their unprofessionalism and condescending behavior. The reason for the delay in arriving ? Pure fiction. Dispatch stated "there was traffic" and it really turned out to be that they added another vehicle pick up to my AAA service call. The tow driver stated that the office staff was not truthful and should have communicated this to me. When the truck finally did show up, my vehicle was not on a flatbed and the experience got worse. My vehicle was towed for 70+ miles on a wheel-lift. It was picked up first and placed on a flatbed, then transferred to a wheel-lift upon pick-up of a second vehicle. Just awful. In speaking with AAA, they were livid and advised me to inspect the vehicle for damage as a flatbed was requested on the tow order. If you enjoy being treated like a second class citizen, this is the company for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and look literally anywhere else.

I brought in my Honda Ridgeline for an issue with my AC. Jason worked with me at the front-desk and went above and beyond to understand my issue and the troubleshooting I had already done. He explained to me CONCISELY what the feasible issue may be, and how they were going to approach a diagnosis. Jason was extremely knowledgeable, and followed up promptly to discuss the fix. Pedro was also exceptional. He found the issue (rodent-chewed wires) and repaired it perfectly. When I picked up my car, he was as excited as I was to have helped me. Before Miramar Auto, I took my truck to the Honda dealer, and they charged twice as much for a diagnosis, only to tell me that I would need a new compressor (incorrect diagnosis) and that it would cost twice as much as I ended up paying out the door at Miramar auto. I booked online, noted my concerns in the text box, and dropped my car off the next day. After checking in at the office, I walked Joey through my concerns and opted for a Post-Purchase Inspection. Joey sent over the findings quickly and gave me his honest, upfront opinion on what needed immediate attention before my trip versus what maintenance could wait until I reached my destination. He also provided a clear copy of the inspection quotes so there were no surprises. In the end, they completed the full inspection, replaced the car battery, and fixed a coolant leak for around $550+ (including taxes). I definitely recommend this shop!
