He immediately diagnosed problem and was able to replace two parts, one being the igniter, and get the heater up and running. He easily went through the job and the parts available, as well as the options and costs to replace the parts. Within an hour of him showing up, the pool heater was fixed, and the water started getting very warm. In addition to fixing my heater, he fixed the pool pump and heater gate closing mechanism. He did this on his own accord, without me asking. When he told me about fixing the gate, he said, "I Just don't want the kiddos to be able to get to the pool pump or heater". Talk about a true professional, always trying to make things better and safer for his customers. Because of Sam, I will be going to JB Pools for all my pool needs.
