One thing that really stood out was the teamwork. Everyone helped each other, whether they were working in the front or in the kitchen. You could genuinely tell they cared about creating a great experience for every customer, and that level of hospitality is hard to find. Now for the food... wow. This is easily one of my favorite places I've eaten while visiting Cleveland. I ordered the steak breakfast bowl, and let me tell you--do yourself a favor and order it! The steak was perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and packed with flavor. The potatoes were seasoned perfectly, and every bite was delicious. We also ordered the butter croissant with bacon, which was a huge hit, and the chicken and waffles. The fried chicken was absolutely phenomenal--crispy, perfectly seasoned, and honestly some of the best fried chicken I've had. We ordered sandwiches, I had an everything bagel with double egg and my husband opted for the USS Pennsylvania, a chicken Philly with a side of coleslaw...it was huge we had to do a double take when it arrived at the table, literally two sub buns.
