The store is always CLEAN, staff is VERY friendly, and always knowledgeable on new products and merchandise. I really like that... Now, I gave 4 stars but honestly wish I could do 3.5!! I just feel this shop is always tryna to tax the hell outta you due to the owners. This issue I really think Is not the staff, but the owners for sure... On (2) previous visits, I had forgotten coal and hookah tips and came just to grab a few. They only sell items in large bulk! It just seems like they are always tryna push you to get more. A 2nd time I needed to purchase a new tobacco container for the hookah, and the employee had to keep calling the owner just to get an answer. The store that evening was out of tips, containers, and the flavor tobacco I like.....The owner obviously said "No", and I had to purchase another container for $17 and literally buy more than I anticipated because they were out of stock on several items. It was even a Friday night! Aside from those issues the store is ok, but start selling some A la Carte items. If I come in and wanna buy 1 small pack of coconut coals, have those in stock.. Not just a $15 box. If I wanna buy 5 tips, have a container where I can grab 5 tips, and not always force me to buy an entire bag, especially If I don't need that many. One thing I noticed is they do have some pretty trendy items from some of the brands, so I think that's pretty cool and will increase to 4 because it's in a nice area and that may be the reason they tax yo ass unlike some of the other stores in the area. Nonetheless, due to the location, staff, and the unique merch it's worth the visit.

But I'm not here to talk about what they don't have. Let's talk about what they do have which isn't much in terms of good selections. It's about as basic as a humidor can get between stocking up on all the big names like Drew Estates, Ashton, My Father, Padron, Perdomos, Rocky Patel, and even the brand ATL Cigar Co which I'm a fan of as of late. They don't carry Ligas, Sobremesas, or my personal favorite Foundation Cigars which kind of left me a bit disappointed since they had such a basic selection of the normal stuff everyone goes for. I'm not a fan of how the guy working the counter that day pushed cigars that really weren't my style. He kept hounding me to check out the more higher end stuff when I was pretty much sold on the three that I was packing. In fact, I had to educate him on Foundation cigars in terms of general price point and such. Don't get me wrong... it's a great stop and grab cigar joint. But I've kind of developed my pallette to be a certain type and no amount of pushing would get me to branch out unless I explicitly wanted to and well, Connecticut Broadleaf and escuro wrappers with Nicargauan binders and fillers are my style as I find those to have the deepest flavors that aren't the solid maduros which the guy that day kept pushing for me to grab. So if you're looking for a quick fix, drop in, dawdle for a little bit, know what you want and leave. Don't give the guy at the counter an inch because he will push you towards some of the higher end sticks and if you know what you want, you get it. There is a difference between pushy and just recommending and this kat was PUSHY!!!
