He showed up with a small trailer already full of limbs and started changing what he said. He said he didn't have room to take off one of the limbs he had agreed to. I should have known when he tried to get $100 from me for a deposit. Luckily I said no or he would be moving on with no work done and my money. Not a good business. 10 minutes after he gave me the quote another tree company bid it for $400 and would do it right then. I honored my word. Steve didn't.

Then they left without removing the stump. They contacted me to request part payment (most of what we agreed) and I wrote them a check. I called numerous times and left messages requesting they come back to remove the stump. After 2 weeks, a man came back with a grinder to remove it but left all the debris - about 4 feet high of sawdust. I was told someone would come and remove it but they never did. A week later, Mario called me to request remaining payment and when I said the job was not finished, he said that they never remove the sawdust. He denied meeting me and shouted at me down the phone. He harassed me with 10 missed calls. Due to their unprofessional attitude, my husband spoke to them - and eventually agreed to a discount for the remaining $. I told them to come at a specific time on a day when I would be home, Mario agreed and then never came to pick up the check. He is now harassing me expecting me to be home when it is convenient for them. Please do not do business with this company. They are completely unreliable - they do not come when asked and will not complete the job you have agreed. Mario is very rude and unprofessional.

It took them about an hour and a half, and the pricing was great! They raised the canopy and thinned out my live oak. This tree is over 22 years old, and hasn't been maintained. It looks perfect now, and I'm getting the desired sunshine to my lawn. On the other side I'd my yard, they removed a dying ash and stump grinded. It doesn't even look like it was there! Best job I've ever seen with a tree removal! The last item was trimming another ash tree that was headed towards my driveway. The yard looks so bright and renewed now! Jay did an inspection of our patio roof and also did additional assessment on the rest of our roof while up there. He provided a lot information about the possible issues we may be having with the patio roof. Also provided additional recommendations for the rest of our roof as it's almost due for some future maintenance. We also was looking to be proactive during the off season so ensure our roof doesnt sustain any major damage. We received a quote within 24 hours and agreed to the repairs. They also included the 2 yr warrenty. We scheduled our repair the following week. The team arrived early at 740am and got to work. They completed the repair in 3.5 hrs. Jay came by about 2 hrs later to review the completed work. Everything went smoothly and the transaction was completed. The whole process went without a problem. I always get anxious when it comes to any home repair or construction as its usually painful. Communication was great and so far looking good. I guess we'll find out after it rains again!
