At 4pm states he is stuck in traffic but on the way. About 4:30 says he is here. He is not. Call him states is at a different address across town and it wasn't worth it to come do our service. I can't speak to the quality of his work since no work was performed. But his communication skills are lacking.

Unfortunately, it's on the type of car that has the battery buried behind the air vent and other parts. Not the kind of replacement I want to take on and if you also have gorilla hands & a poor sense of touch, then you will understand why. Put a call for Yelp in and Julian was the first to respond. Explained the situation and he provided a fair quote for the work. We set it up for the following morning and he was there, as promised. Julian's work was on time , did great work, friendly , easy to communicate with thru text and above all, honest. Glad I got to be his first review on Yelp. Hopefully, others will try him out, and also have the same experience.
