A.K.A. staff immediately greeted me as I came through the door and consistent with other reviews, I found them to be professional, efficient and kind. They were clear to explain the additional fees and show me on the website/ software as needed. The fingerprinting was done efficiently on the first try. The last live scan place I went to had to try repeatedly for some reason. The environment is calm and peaceful and reminds me of being in a comfortable living room. All signs are clear with useful information to make things simple. I was pleasantly surprised and can say I even enjoyed my experience. I will continue to return for future service and am happy to recommend this establishment.

I was waiting in line but until I waited, someone acknowledge me and told me they will be right with me. They really care about their customers. The lady I think is the manager greeted almost everyone with their name which is more impressive to me. I came in with a print project which I thought that they cannot able to do it but they pulled it off really nice. I came to do a booklet, the manager happened to help me, it took her 10 to 15 minutes to arrange all the papers and aligned it because I just came with not organized file. But she did it and printed out the sample for me. The booklet is really good in quality than I have expected. I have her got it done 50 of them. While i waited I seen the flow of the customers, all in and out with the best customer service they can provide. They even go outside of the box to help out the customers with their Amazon returns. Every customer left happily. Such an amazing experience I had even I waited 10 to 20 minutes while my booklet getting printed but My wait time really worth it. I would recommend this store to everyone. At the end they gave me the coupon for next time printing service and the list of the other product. I did not know that they also do notary, fingerprinting, shredding, passport pictures, they even have mailboxes. I thought they only shipping and one of my friends recommended here for printing. They tell my wife she needs to print out a label and the charge will be $3. Are you kidding me? It doesn't cost $3 for 1 piece of paper. Lady in blonde hair proceeds to tell me they charge that everywhere. I don't think so lady...you better call and check prices elsewhere and not lie to your customers. Will not be coming back ever!
