That was over two months ago. Despite multiple calls and texts, I have received no update on the part and no timeline for when my fireplace will be repaired. In the meantime, I have had no heat in my master bedroom through the entire winter. I understand parts can take time, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. A simple update -- even a text-- would go a long way. At this point, I have paid $150 and have nothing to show for it. I hope the business will make this right, but I cannot recommend it based on this experience.

WILLIE was lying to me and telling me that his boss told him to collect money from me, I paid half of the money and then the other half was supposed to be due by the end of July. Well, WILLIE came back to the home and threatened my mother so we had to get the police out there Lehman. The boss said that he would make it right with my mom and that he would be out within a few days to fix the porch and cut down a tree to make it right when we have not heard from him back-and-forth back-and-forth he keeps lying and saying he's coming, but never shows up. Please do not contract with this company. They have put my mother through a lot of unnecessary stress.

After they sent out 2 kids to install the softener, it spouted water out of the top and flooded my family room. They then tried to tell me that I should turn in the damages they created to MY insurance company, and they squirmed and tried their very best to avoid paying for their incompetence. PLEASE STAY AWAY from these dishonest and incompetent jerks if you want to do business with an honest and competent company........because they are NOT honest, and the quality of their work is less than a 13 year old off the street would do.
