An outgoing, knowledgeable person answered our call and scheduled us their next available appointment time, approximately two days later. I received a courtesy call from our "wingman," Ryan. He arrived on time and got to work right away. It took about an hour and a half to recover a dead bird trapped inside our microwave vent. Ryan was transparent throughout the process. He worked steadily and took care of our home. He was similarly knowledgeable and took pride in his work. I was excited to learn several things from him during his visit, which -- at my request -- included a full walkthrough of our property with an itemized estimate for additional work to avoid future pest control issues. His team member, Brandon, installed a custom vent cover for us and sealed gaps in our siding a few weeks later, and although we weren't home at the time, his communication was extraordinary -- texting, taking before and after photos, and sending us an audio summary of their work afterwards.
