Recently, a power surge knocked out the center console on our oven. The burners worked, but not the oven controls and clock. I called Master Appliance to see about scheduling a repair, and was greeted on the phone by Matt, who, hearing my description, confirmed that I had indeed blown the center control console. Then, he told me that it would be much cheaper to fix it myself, and save money on the service and labor. He walked me through the process of ordering the part from Amazon, and where I could find tutorials online to guide me through the repair procedure. The oven works now, I've saved some coin, and I now have the sense of accomplishment at having done my own repair! Thank you, Matt and the team at Master Appliance for being conscientious enough to help me even if it cost you some profit! I hope all of Smyrna reads this review and remembers you guys when it's time to do some appliance business!

I called Aarons the next day on 11\11\19 and explained the situation to the manager Dave and he said someone would be coming out in the next few days to take pics and they would get another ordered. We still have 6 months to pay on it so it is still under warrenty. I never heard from Dave and no one ever came to take pics. Over the next month I had called at least 15 more times and still no one ever came to take pics nor did we get a new mattress or a phone call. They sure kept taking my payments out though. Finally I had enough and went into the store on 12\15\19 and spoke to Dave face to face and he assured me he was ordering the bed right then and I emailed him pics that I had taken myself.I really didn't believe him this time because he had continued lying to me over and over for over a month already telling me he would order one the next day, week by week. We finally got a mattress on 12\20\19 and it was not the same brand or even the same type of mattress. They brought us a Woodhaven pillow top spring mattress. We got the gel memory foam because that was what my wife had researched and that was what she needed for her back. I again call Dave and told him we needed one like the original one we picked out and that this mattress simply was not working for us because of my wifes back. The call ended with him telling me he didn't have to do shit for me and hanging up on me. We have submitted complaints to corporate and got no reply, we have called corporate and no one answers the phone. So here I am already $1,200 in for a mattress we can not sleep on. Again we never had a problem with this store when the old manager was here, I have never had such poor customer service! their motto is definatly NOT the customer is always right. I guess they think they can just keep putting me off until its paid off seeings how I only have a few months left and then they wont be accountable. well I got news for them because next call is going to be to the local news!

This happened numerous times with no show. He is very believable ...and also a CROOK!! Never will understand why people think it is okay to take what is not theirs. We all work hard for our money and do not deserve thieves to steal from us. I give them negative 5 stars. I have never given less than 3 or 4 stars before this review. Whether I am making a big purchase or a small purchase I always leave there knowing they appreciate my business. Only thing I don't like is their people who walk the aisles and try to get you to let someone in to you home to redecorate you home...Annoying! If I want to someone to come to my home I will ask, but thanks. They dont hassle you, once you say no thank you they just tell you to have a nice day but still, if i see them I turn down another aisle quickly lol. Their prices are usually lower than Lowes, and even though Lowes price matches by 10%, their customer service is not worth the 10% savings, at least not in my experiences with Lowes. So all in all, this is my favorite location.

I will say I was taken back at the price in total. It was very expensive to change a heating element in our dryer. He charged us 295.00 in total and was here all of 30 minutes. All in all I'm glad my dryer is fixed but I feel like the price was very high for the time spent and the part cost in my opinion. Also want to point out that he did not take credit card. We had to Venmo him which I don't love when it comes to business.
