Recently, a power surge knocked out the center console on our oven. The burners worked, but not the oven controls and clock. I called Master Appliance to see about scheduling a repair, and was greeted on the phone by Matt, who, hearing my description, confirmed that I had indeed blown the center control console. Then, he told me that it would be much cheaper to fix it myself, and save money on the service and labor. He walked me through the process of ordering the part from Amazon, and where I could find tutorials online to guide me through the repair procedure. The oven works now, I've saved some coin, and I now have the sense of accomplishment at having done my own repair! Thank you, Matt and the team at Master Appliance for being conscientious enough to help me even if it cost you some profit!
